Press "Enter" then "F8" to choose "song":

Choose "song" then press "Enter" (If you are beginner, you should the Level 1 or 2 "song"), next press "F6" wait until the "note charts" fall to the red area and press button that i show you (http://img220.imageshack.us/my.php?i...ntitledba3.jpg)
