It's readily available via torrent. Both in English and with subtitles. There are quite a few torrent clients available, and googling for "torrent search" gives you a lot of places to search for Angel Sanctuary. I found, within just a few seconds, about 15 torrents available and with quite a few downloaders and seeds, with pretty good downloading speed.
