Evil-Genius is translating this entertaining series. They have only released up to Volume 5 - Chapter 26.
Grab the Bit Torrents off their site or their IRC channel. Also, #lurk also has it on theirs too...
Manga-Sketchbook translated the first 4 Volumes of Genshiken. Don't know if they are hosting it on their site or not, but I'm sure that it will be on #lurk too
