Try some Bittorent or Emule links. To my knowledge, I don't think that they would still be offering some. Anime really eats up a lot of bandwidth compared to manga. Your lucky pick would be to try BT or Emule. Or from someone's Fserve on IRC.

The Anime is "ok" stick to the manga if you can... watch the anime if your bored...
