I don't know where you could find them. The problem is that they are both licensed, being released on DVD, and are on TV, so most sites have taken them down, so it's unlikely you'll actually find them anywhere. Good luck to you in your search though. You'll just have better luck borrowing DVDs from a friend or something.

lots of anime i know is licensed...bt still most r up 4 download.just need to find the FMA and samurai champloo

I posted this website in the webbie ads section because it's a really cool site. Not only that there's a lot of anime to offer. I'm not a gold member yet, because I cant use PayPal but I think to be a Gold Member its $5 a month. You get LOTS of anime, and of course*snicker* you can download everything in one month and not pay. I know for sure that one of them is Samurai Champloo, direct download too :D

http://anime.roel.no-ip.info/ - give that a try but in my experience its much easier to find stuff off bt or irc. The only reason to use direct download is if you are still on a 56k connection.

AnimeNuke has FMA episodes, but they have a one download per day limit thingy :(.

And I have to use direct downloads because my download speed from any P2P network (Bittorrent is one) is stuck to around 0.0 kbps... That makes me wonder just how did I download all that 3+ Gb with eMule... :?
And my connection is a 1024/512 ADSL...

Does your connection load web pages fine and are your direct downloads downloading at nearly same speed all the time? Mine doesn't work well that way either... :(
