Someone already did. #lurk has Inu-Yasha c456 by FR (Freelance Raws??).

I don't think there's a site or IRC channel for it; Baka-Updates shows nothing.

Ear-Tweak is still hosting scripts, though.

As I said, #lurk channel has Inu-Yasha c456 scanlated. I don't know the group name for sure since the info included only says:

The pack numbers are 562 on WandyPot and 4192 on Mirrors.
