Koibito-san

I was rewatching some of the episodes, and I ended up with a question that I just can't get out of my mind!
In episode 425, one of the specials, there was something said, and while it's not all that crucial (I don't think), it intrigues me, and I would really like some closure on the matter.
It occurs right after Akai Shuuichi shoots the tracker bug that was stuffed in some gum by Conan, accidentally planted on Mizunashi Rena a.k.a. Kir, to be later found by Gin. Gin thought that it was Mouri Kogoro that planted the bug on purpose, but such suspicions were wiped away, but he still ordered Chianti and Korn to kill Occhan and Conan with the sniper guns. Right then, Shuuichi shoots with his sniper gun, hitting the tracker bug that had been located in between Gin's fingers, without leaving a scratch. Gin snatches the gun away from Korn in order to use the scope to see who was shooting. It's the dialogue that really gets to me.

Anime:
Gin: Akai Shuuichi.
(Bullet almost hits Gin in the eye, instead only leaving a scratch on his cheek.)
Akai: We finally meet. My lovely, lovely archrival, Koibito-san.
(More shooting commences.)

He said 'Koibito-san' as if it were Gin's name, and it seems a bit akward, but in a twisted sort of way, I guess it makes sense, if Akai didn't mean it to be a name. 'Koibito' literally means 'lover', but, with the way it was used, I was wondering if it was actually his name.
It's not said in the manga, but I'm not really sure about that because it's fandubbed, and I can't be too sure about the translations.

I think this is the right one, since I don't think Gin's name is koibito... and in my country's manga it's also the same,... not koibito but my beloved enemy...
I'm not sure if it helped but I just want to post it, hehehe...

I just found that it's written in kanji as "shukuteki", meaning 'enemy', but the furigana (or rubi--the hiragana used to show how a kanji is pronounced) says "koibito", meaning 'lover', therefore making the translation actual mean 'beloved enemy'
I highly doubt that his name is Koibito, but I thought it an interesting point that it was used similar to a name.

Interesting observation.

I recall one occasion where something like that was done. In a match in Prince of Tennis, one of the rival characters yells out the name of one of the main characters ("Tezuka"). If I remember correctly, in the manga, it was written with kanji meaning "rival" and the hiragana was used to specify the reading as 'Tezuka' (which is actually one of the valid ways to read it).
