    Default L

Do you think L could become corrupted by the death note like raito? Sure, he probably has no interest in it whatsoever but what if? We all saw what Raito was like when he lost all memories of the death note and he seemed like a real good guy. However L's personality is different, so what do you think L would be like if he had the death note? If L did become corrupted, how do you think he would act and what would he be fighting for?

The thing that makes Death Note so deep is how the good guys are completely good and the bad guys aren't completely bad. There's this blurred line between good and evil. It's obvious that L is not completely good. He says himself that he wants to capture Kira only because of the challenge not because he thinks what he's doing is wrong necessarily. L only had Lind L. Taylor say Kira is evil because he wanted to provoke Kira into a confrontation. We see that L is willing to do anything to catch Kira. He's willing to continue to let criminals die to find out how Kira kills. He plays with human lives just like Light does.

Well in the beginning Light was righteous but as time passed by it was more about his ego then about justice. Though how is not evil to kill Lind L. Taylor or the FBI agents that were only doing their jobs? I mean does Light want to kill everyone that disagrees with him? So how is the good and evil blurred when it comes to Light?
