Interesting, I guess it's an one shot they did before they made it into a series. But the one shot's story is lame compared to how great the series is.

Im actually Upset that the same mangaka who thought up of the epic battle between light and L....thought of this first >_>
edit: I didn't say why i dont actually like it, which i thought was fine until ryuk turns around and says "Yeah we can bring people back to life, DEATH ERASER!!"

I donno I kinda liked this^^
I mean the fight between light and L is what made Death Note Death Note but this is its own way wasn't bad. And its interesting to see where certain ideas came from: Light's killing off bad people, the cleverness of the main character.

I actualy thought the kid was L. in a panel.XD
At the middle of the chapter, I thought that in the end he'd somehow lose ownership of the death note and forget about it. becoming the L we know.
but anyway, do you know what this pilot teaches you?
