I think I don't care.

These questions are irrelevant, and any answers that are given would be utter speculation. However, i'll humor you. In the order of the questions:

Light's 1st is never revealed.
Late teens?
Highly unlikely L was a virgin.
More likely that Near's a virgin than Mello.
Um, Misa a virgin before she met Light? LOL
Unlikely Matsuda ever saw activity with Sayu.

Nice though, how you automatically assume Light isn't a virgin, when IMO there's a greater probability of Light being a virgin than L. Near and Mello are both about 18, but I imagine Near's had a much more sheltered life, so unlikely he's done it. Mello, on the other hand, left the orphanage at 15 and ended up hanging with the mafia, so there's a good chance of him having done it.

I can't believe that people really care about things like this... how old are you guys?

Agree with scriver, late teens. Probably 16-18, since most teenager experience this sort of things in this period of their life. And since Light is 18 when the series starts is has to be before that.

No, because when Misa kissed him an the check he said that he improved with having friends.
So having a relationship with a girl would mean that he would have had a friend before Light and Misa, but this can be excluded thanks to that statement of him.

Near yes, Mello most likely not.

Near is a introverted childish behaving individum, so its most unlikely that he has not any interest in sex till the end of the series.

As mentioned, Mello left the orphanage at the age of 15 and joined the mafia. Since hes behaving a lot more like an adult or at least shows interest in the people that are surrounding him, and oviously crime und "bad thing", its very likely that some of his mafia buddys offered him a babe to have fun...

Thats possible.
Since she lost her parents at a young age when she wasnt dating or having any sexual relationship with a boyfriend. This can be concluded through the fact that she suffered the loss of her family alone without anybody supporting her.

Then she gained the Deathnote and started killing and becoming famous.

Then she met light.

The only period of time when she could have had sex is the time between gaining the deathnote and meeting Light, since she would never betray him (killed herself after his death).

Its not very asumable that she had sex with anybody in that period of time since she had superhuman abilitys, felt superior to everybody on the world, even the persons she called friends (she was willing to kill her friend that made the Kira video tapes for her without hesitating).

So I asume that she wasnt able to establish a relationship between her any random men.

Since he considers everything that inflicts an other person harm or pain as evil, and in his role as god he has to stand for good and justice, I dont think he would be a sadist...
