Thread: light.and how hes so obvious :/

meh watch from episode 17- 27.
see how his attitude change.hes so damn obvious.

and i kinda liked the good light and all.sure he was more scheming and stuff but it felt like he had a stick up his ass most of the time while the good light (lost his memories) was alot more aloof..


also i think light would have been good if he didnt' get the deathnote back.
maybe if rem went and touched light with the piece of paper instead of misa,light would have changed his mind about getting back the death note :/

Everything happend the way it should happen, because god wanted to rape your mind and therefore created Deathnote this way.

He was arrogant and thought he won. The most obvious thing Light did was to send a mob after Near, when he suspect that L was Kira. I mean why didn't he wait a few days or weeks so it seemed unrelated.

If Light had actually killed Near, I would've been mad. Light's just a colossal douchebag. Near and L are just pure awesome...

^ i agree with you on how Light was an asshole and L was pure awesome, but Near was just as arrogant, imo. seriously, L's "successors" don't even come close to L.

No they didn't. Near and Mello wern't nearly as good as L. That was one of the reasons why the story went to crap imo, you didn't have as good opposition and likeable character to what Light was doing.

This is just my two cents but I think PLOTWISE it would have been much better if the series ended right when L died--with Light ruling over the world. After L dies, the plot just gets more and more boring. and i think Ohba should have made the series a mind battle between only L and Light, not bring in new characters like Near and Mello. :/ because i don't like how Light got more and more un-awesome and obvious and STUPID as the second arc progressed.

light became more of a bastard, and more arrogant/over-confident, but i don't believe that he became stupider. he did manage to set up the whole fake death note thing and almost got both mello *and* near, if mikami didn't act independently.

even at the end, light was smarter than near, at least

His plan was foolish, though...nothing compared to the brilliant plan he used to take down L. The old Light would have been able to kill Near easily.
