That girl on the last page of vol.12, you know the one in the white robe after kira's death.
Were they are mourning Kira's death.

Who is she?

misa actually was so devistated by the death of light ( since she has no longer a memory of the death note she sees him just as her lover ) that she comitted suicide on 14 February 2011.

Was that in the manga? I don't really remember.

What is the "How to read 13" and is there a scanlated version of it? Also, are there more Death Note books other than vol 1-12? If so, where can you get them?

It's an information book, there is no scanlation. There's no more Death Note.
