He doesn't need to say anything about the rules. The way Kyo_Sohma5432 wrote this thread defies logic. You don't even need to mention any rules when he made such elementary and obvious mistakes.

Its a okay manga personally i perfer the anime more cause well it has music and its good awesome colors and animation!!!
but ya if your gonna read the manga
on the last chapter i recomend you read the fake ending instead its soo mcuh better
