I think you're reading too much into Road's name. From what I've heard, she got her name from a jewellery brand, as did Tyki, Timcanpy, and (I think) Boric. I'm not sure we can say Hoshino picked those names for any reason more than the fact that she liked the sound of them. I also think your Camelot --> dreams connection is a little tenuous; it doesn't really fit.
Otherwise, though, interesting points. Not sure if Hoshino was thinking about Lavi in that way, but that's a very interesting fact about his name!
Not much to add besides the fact that I believe "rikei" is a word related to science in Japanese... and "shifu" is actually a Chinese word meaning... ah, what was the word... "master craftsman" or so my teacher taught us (it's how you'd refer to people in stores or something? It was a bad class >_>). Why he became Korean, I have no idea.
