Yup, everything you need to understand what's going on.
Which isn't a lot, really. Most of it is unimportant, and the stuff about the ghost-girl dying from an experiment is nothing new. Oh, and she possessed Lenalee, and the three boys should now be zombies. Basically, Komui and Reever have to save the world.
On the bright side, the ending-text implies it might end next chapter. THANK GOODNESS.
...Actually, the end of Inuyasha was much more interesting.

I hope too that it´ll end next chapter...although perhaps we´ll get some big surprise from the ghost or smth... perhaps some interesting facts from the history of the Order....
Hey, it's not like there's anything to spoil. XD The idea is that you'd read the raw/scanlation/whatever, but... really, as I said, everything was fairly predictable (except the Lenalee-being-possessed part).
Johnny was human, but it sounds like he got bitten by the end (there was the sfx for it on a black screen right before the scene switches to Lenalee). Allen... who knows what'll happen to him. He might end up being a conscious zombie like the rest of the Generals, but if the first bite was enough to affect him, he won't be able to stand one to the neck. And we already saw the lines on his face and everything.

(Oh, Inuyasha. The anime ended years ago, in volume 35 or 37 or something like that. The end was just the animated version of a dramatic manga chapter.)
Reever and the scientists seemed to already know the effects of KomuVitanD, yet Komui didn't have a cure for it. It's possible that it's only temporary (ie: guy rampages around for a while, gets tired, sleeps, wakes up feeling better), and the ghost just isn't aware of this (having discovered it when the scientists were hiding it rather than seeing the incident for herself).
I doubt the effects are temporary, seeing that Komui needs a vaccine for the infection, that means the vaccine is the only way to cure this virus.
i have a couple of ideas of how this arc would end:
1) Cross comes and saves the day (unlikely)
2) some new exorcist comes and saves the day (very unliekely)
3) kro-chan somehow turned the virus in his body into a vaccine and injects it into everyone and save the day (uh....)
4) herbaleska saves the day (uh...maybe...not!?)
5) Komrin II comes back to live and makes everyone MACHO!!!!!!!!

The vaccine would act instantly, though. It'd save the Order a lot of trouble to do that rather than having everyone get bitten (which isn't pleasant) and rampage around for a few days or whatever. It'd waste time.
1) I'd actually like to see this happen, if only because it means Levellier would be there too... :3
2) Not happening. It'd be lame.

4) This would be cool, too, since it would almost certainly mean interaction between Hevlaska and the ghost girl she probably helped to murder.
