i think Bak would be in China resting from the wounds he got in the Lv4 incident.

I dont think Allen hate robots, he just hates the Komrin II and EX and Komui (when he's being annoying)

I think he just ran away because he didn't want to help with the moving. XD All the other scientists have been fully healed by now, it seems.

It didn't. It's already grown a little since the previous arc, and it looks like Hoshino is giving us timeskips to make it a little longer (fanbook length). I don't think it'll ever be that long again, though.
