Whatever that Tiki was, he was still a Noah with apparent Noah powers. Unless the Tease somehow managed to give him new ones (and it should be in his genes, right? Seems weird), something didn't work correctly. It could even be as small as Allen's sword not completely exorcising the Noah from Tiki.

The sword isn't completely ineffective as a sword against other things - he's fought the Earl and the level 4 with it (not very well, I might add, but it was solid and sword-like and all), and split the Skull's head open with it. It's obviously somewhat sharp, so it's amazing that the level 4 could take it through the stomach and... not appear wounded at all. Although that last part might just have been Hoshino forgetting (there was one scene in the Ark where Lenalee gets blood on her face - from Allen, I think - and yet she isn't shown with it at all the next time she's seen.)

The level 3 were always kinda pathetic. Lenalee nearly died because of the Law of No Effect (from Pokemon), but they weren't a problem to anyone else. Allen took one out easily because he had to look cool, not because he was actually way more powerful than everyone else (because... he's not).

The level 4 probably is about as challenging as a Noah because Noah seem to die more easily. They're human. In terms of battle, though, no, not really, and I was always predicting that. It seemed strong because it did powerful things like toss Allen into a wall and destroy a floor, although I'm sure any Exorcist/Noah could do the same if they wanted to, and prevented people from attacking. When the enemies you're defeating don't even have Innocence to fight you with...

This was the first report of a level 4 even existing. It could be that this is the first level 4.

Well it was said that allens sword has the powers to exorcist the akuma souls out of the humans bodies but the lvl 4 akuma was not made by just upgrading a lvl 3 akuma it was made by sacrificing ningens and akumas so it may not be possible to exorcist a being that was not made an akuma by getting possesed with the soul but instead being created by a sacrifice.

Also the earl said "Each generation i look forward to this from the holders from the plesure memories" which would mean that this must have happened at least one other time in the past so alles sword may have worked but tykis transformation might just have been an event happens one way or another with the holder of the plesure memories.

Sacrificing what and akuma?

I don't think it was ever said that Allen's sword could do that, or at the very least we haven't seen it done. Allen has only used his sword on Tiki, to exorcise the Noahness from Tiki. (It failed.) He also used it on the Skull, except to kill it by splitting its head open.

If Allen's sword had worked properly, Tiki should have been fully exorcised and no longer a Noah (or so we assume, but it seems kinda lame if it just temporarily stops the Noah from being a Noah). It could even have triggered the transformation that Tiki had been avoiding for some reason - so the Earl was happy to see it.

Well but he said that he looks forward to it every generation of the holders of the pleasure so it most likely happened befor and i dont think that there was a weapon like allens sword before so there must have been another factor which could cause his transformation.

Also maybe the sword would work on any other noah but not tyki cause no other noah has made any transformation similar to his so he may be special

and ningen is the japanish word for human if im not mistaken and I'm thought that i read it somewhere hat it was mentioned that his sword could do that but i might be wrong

It probably did happen before. It could just have been that every other Noah of Pleasure wanted to transform and Tiki - possibly because of his human friends - didn't want to.
