Looks like a great chapter.

Now we can only hope that no one helps Linalee so that she'll be the one to do something here. Oh, and Kanda and Lavi are alive of course. Immortals can not die after all.

That dang curse mark... is it just me, or is Kanda starting to look (in abilities at least) like Sauake? All he needs is a good tazer and some fire bombs. I can't say I didn't him saving everyone happening though.

How do you think Lenalee is going to get the innocence though? It would be cool if it was the Jedi Pull ability here (more acurately even though she hates it, she knows that she needs it to protect the others/herself, and it comes/reacts to her for that). Unfortunatly it looks at the end of this chapter that my earlier comments about Lenalee dieing are about to come true (sad ending ).

He's had it in some form since the beginning of the story, though. At least it seems to be related to healing abilities only. (Maybe he'll have a Beauty-and-the-Beast-inspired life story?)

Damn you!!! I haven't read it yet! XD (Gotta love vacation.) If Lenalee dies, though, it would mean Hoshino is writing a premature ending to the story... and we all know that would just really suck. Is she worried about it being cancelled?

Edit: Oh, no way is Lenalee dying. She's going to recover it at the last minute and kick ass. Allen was in a much worse situation when he got his power-up, and, well...

A desperate situation, just like Allen vs Tykki, and all she's focusing on is the Innocence, just like him. The next general appears ...?

Linalee die here? Lol, you are forgetting what manga you are reading. Unless Digi is right and manga is going to get canceled soon making Hoshino rush the ending it is not happening in near future.

Well reinard-fox, I've been saying that the fastest way for it to end would be to kill Lenalee for several chapters. No, this doesn't mean that I want it to end, I'm just saying if it were to end in the near future that way is by far the easiest to go.

@Viridian: Well, what can I say, you're right, and I forgot about that. Still the innocence is about three feet out of her reach, and I think that they are all out of Generals... but perhaps the Hitler wannabe will toss it to her (and finaly do something usefull)?

@Digi: Sorry, I thought that you would have gotten to the chapter before me (as usuall) and didn't think about putting a spoiler alert on it. And if Kanda is having a "Beauty-and-the-Beast" story, is he the Beauty, or the Beast? If he's the Beauty, then I'ld hate to see the Beast (although it could be interesting to see a girl that could easily whip Kanda...).

I don't think killing Lenalee really would work, though. If she dies, then the only way to continue the manga would be having the level 4 destroy the Order... and Allen wanders off alone, the level 4 having forgotten about his existence. (I suppose he could take on the Earl and get his butt kicked, but what would be the point of that?). The fastest way to end the manga, I think, would be giving everyone back their Innocence, having a training timeskip, and then the final battle. (No dead Lenalee.)

The Innocence probably isn't so far away that it won't jump into her hand. We do know that Innocence can move on its own (see Tiedoll sending Chaoji's Innocence to the Ark).

(Kanda is the Beast, duh. xD That's the whole point of the curse!) Anyway, it's okay - I usually make these threads, although being on vacation... I think I'll stop reading spoiler threads altogether, though. I think they might finally be ruining things for me. =(

i think level 4 didn't notice allen because he is too busy moping the floor with his head.. :P

i really hoped that through this suffocating story, allen doesn't appear suddenly to be the hero & save all of them from the level 4.. shucks, it makes d.gray-man a cliche story.. i hate that...

lol. is kanda being the beast here? i think he's being a good Samaritan, saving komui's neck.. if not, lenalee would turned berserk & killed all people when komui's dead.. (lol. i want to see a berserk version of lenalee..)

It's doubtful that Allen will save anyone since he's currently injured, somewhere else, and we already know he stands no chance against that akuma. Lenalee, however, does, thanks to her different abilities. (I suppose Allen could always turn into a Noah or something and defeat the level 4 that way, but that would actually be kinda cool.)

Kanda would be the Beast of Beauty and the Beast. Jeez, just read the posts properly... Besides, we all know Lenalee reacts to people dying in a very different way. Now, if Komui did something moronic that got himself (nearly) killed...
