Anyway, if Tiki had attacked to destroy Lavi's Innocence, it would have been gone by the time Cross showed up. From what we've seen of Noahs destroying Innocence, the attack doesn't just weaken Innocence to allow easy destruction by any means; it actually destroys the Innocence. Since Lavi's broke when Allen tried to grab it (and it couldn't stand the pressure), it probably wasn't attacked that way.
