In senses both metaphorical and not thier hands are hardly clean. But fans of DGM are going to forget about it and judge Komui and Inspetor basing on thier attitude towards main characters. So Komui will be called "good" and Inspector "evil".

That's true, because Komui is a protagonist while the Inspector is an antagonist simply by their roles in the story - it's basically from Allen's point of view. We're supposed to like Komui (to some extent, I guess) even if he doesn't always do the nicest things, and dislike the Inspector because of his actions towards Allen even if he's being rational and doing what would be right for the Order.

Exactly. And from what we can see for now Inspactor has a lot of potential as anthagonist, i.e. he has strength to make things around Allen af friends get moving and hence to trigger thier character development.

I hope that potential is used and he just doesn't end up as some villain who appeared for a few chapters and then stopped affecting the plot. I doubt Hoshino would do that on her own, but... you never know. We'd better see some more of him and his dastardly plans in the next chapter. :3

Only if battle doesn't continue for another several chapters... I wonder what will be his conclusion from Allens actions. I seriously doubt that he is going to imprison Allen after the battle ends, after all he didn't prove Inspector's theory so there is nothing to punish him for.

The Inspector's plans might relate to the battle, but I'm more concerned that we'll just see some more random fighting and nothing about what's going on outside that room. I doubt this battle will have any effect on Allen's situation since it doesn't really prove anything (Allen didn't turn on his comrades and run off with the Noah, but he didn't actively fight Lulu, either - not that he really could have, but there's no way to prove he's actually innocent from just this battle).

Yeah, for now everything will most likely stay as it were before the battle. Its if nothing important happens. However, I doubt that this fight will just end with nothing more to it then a simple failure of capturing the egg. At least something should happen.

If Allen gets captured, the story can go in an awesome direction... but then we have no more AllenxLenalee interaction for a while (unless they have that psychic communication thing?) and the Inspector can't really come to any more conclusions about Allen (as he's in the hands of the Noah and, again, that doesn't prove anything on its own). So... I wonder what'll happen...

That may serve as proof of his interactions with Noah depending on the way he gets captured. In case Inspector wants Allen sentenced he may use it as an evidence against his anyways. We are yet to know both his real goals and his personality in detail so we cannot be sure of the ways he does his business.

I can't see Allen getting captured in a way that would make him look guilty unless he ran after Lulu for some reason (and since that would probably be rescuing someone, he'd have plenty of witnesses to support the idea that he's still on their side). Of course, I'm sure the Inspector could make it seem like Allen being knocked out and dragged away is proof that he's collaborating with the Noah... Maybe the simple fact that he'd be captured at all would serve as evidence for that - it would be a good way of bringing him back to the Noah without making him seem suspicious.
