Yeah, I'd like too see those guys who rule over Order. It'll help to determine thier entire politic course and predict it in the future.

Even putting a face and name to those cloaked figures would be nice. Assuming they're human, anyway. :3 Maybe they're not. Wouldn't that be interesting?

Uh, no, they can't be anything other then human.
Hevlaska doesn't seem to be human and she has an important role in the Order. Who knows what's going on with those higher-up guys. (Yeah, they're probably human. Even so...)

Allen with his arm activated does not look like your ordinary human as well. Same goes for Crowly. I think Hevlaska is the same - Innocence changed her body, thats all.
Krory doesn't? XD Allen still looks like a human except for his arm; Hevlaska looks totally different, and would have to have her Innocence activated constantly for a hundred years (parasitic-types should shorten the life of its host, not prolong it, and if she's an equipment-type, well... point proven). She's also been said to be "different" than other Exorcists, as Allen learned in the first volume.

Her bodily changes could easlily be described as those influenced by innocence. Her power is that of a container, thus she must live long life and her form is to fit the function. Hence all the difference. It can of course be something else, I just have no idea what exactly.
Cloud's monkey seems to prove that Accomodators aren't necessarily human, and we've also seen strange creatures (65, the gatekeeper) in DGM before... although they're probably known only to the Order.

Mmmm, the Gatekeeper seems to be a machine rather then something alife. AS for monkey - isn't it just a form of an innocence.
Who knows what the Gatekeeper is. It also can break out in hives, so it seemed kind of alive to me.
The monkey has/is a parasitic-type Innocence, so if it was a form of it (from Cloud), wouldn't that affect her body in the same way Allen's sword is his left arm? It's true that we haven't seen the left side of her face, but... anyway, she could always be controlling it with Innocence, or just with love. <3
