I do not think that exorcists will start recieve tougher or more dangerous jobs with Komui gone; after all, he was present when so many of them died or nearly died. What will certanly change is that athmosphere of happy house, which will make it harder for exorcists to endure the war psycologically.

I wonder if that said new chief mentor will be able abandon exorcists safety subject - there are too few of them to sacrifice them without thinking. If this new mentor is someone competent, he will not overlook this matter.

I can see it happening, of course, but I also see this being a huge mistake form Orders side. Isolate Allen, do not trust him, do not let him near innocecnce, do not let him near Heart, use him as much as possible untill he goes complitely off any control, and then kill him. Do not kill him untill you are absolutely forced to. You are short on power. Loss of even one exorcist is too much. You can not afford wasting matherial. Being overcoutious is dangerous as well as being too relaxed.

I was reacting to your phrase about politics playing a major role, which impies that Inspector may kill them intentionally.
I agree with your concept of dangerous missions.

If Innocence can only synchronize with one person, the death of a bearer (in our case = Linalee) will mean the death of the Heart. Which Order can't allow. Also, even if it is possible to find another person, it may take ages of searching, and there is no guarantee that Earl will sit all this time quietly. So Order can't kill Linalee and while others can be sent to dangerous mission, she should be guarded instead.
