I think it's kind of funny that he could play the Noah-piano with his Innocence-infused arm, though. xD So if his eye responds to that... maybe it DOES have to do with the Ark thing? Relating to Mana, perhaps (assuming he was that previous Noah and all)? It might be more that his eye is a manifestation of that power rather than the source of it...
Hmm, I think the piano itself isn't Noah power related. It's just a regular piano Hooked up to the Ark I guess.
