Hmm, then tweek it to be a seinen? It's kind of going in that direction anyways. In a few months I guess Linalee's hair would be about shoulder length at least. That would be kind of an improvement.

If the Exorcists on the Ark are dead, I have a hard time seeing how it can be marketed as a normal shounen. I think the series is some weird combination of seinen and shoujo that just ended up in shounen as a compromise. xD But there aren't many weekly seinen magazines. Eh... I just don't think there will be a huge timeskip (not more than a few months, although even that would make the two youngest cast members a year older - DGM is currently in a November/December period) and it'll stay shounen and everyone will come back.
On that note, am I the only one who suspects that Hoshino is trying to wrap up this arc in time for a special Christmas chapter? As I mentioned above, it's probably December in the DGM world... the Rewinding Town arc was in November, and Allen was still fifteen in the Asia branch.

It's November/December there? The rewinding town was in October, I think...
The Rewinding Town day was October 9, but it had apparently been that way for about thirty days... which would make it early November outside. It isn't Christmas yet, but that'd make a great special. :3

Erm, she cried, and still does, so what? It doesn't mean she's emo, but only shows or can't stop her feelings. She's emotional, not emo. (Zuko is emo-king, in my opinion. Is mean, I know, because he really hadn't an easy life, but PLEASE! He's a man! and he has the best uncle with him! But he still is like....THAT!)
Her cut hair has pretty much nothing to do with her so-called emoness....it just adds the rather pitiful picture of Rinali (again, is NOT meant mean, she just is like that right now).
It would lighten up the mood for them...I could Imagine everyone would come back (lets say that it's out of canon) and sing "Wish you a merry christmas" and when it's Kanda's turn to sing, he'll ruin the mood for a moment and blurt out "and a happy new year"![]()
I think her hair represents a change in her personality and lifestyle - presumably becoming less attached to Komui. That's what a haircut means in Japan.
In Japan, Christmas is usually a day for couples~ And since it's Allen-kun's birthday... a great omake chapter in another way. Of course, there could also be a great New Year's omake for something involving the group.

But he has the whole I'm going to be the next king mentality, he's also got the I'm royalty mentality, and with his father telling him that he's lucky to be born that'll be like ouch, add Azula to the mix and you have a really messed up psyche.Zuko is emo-king, in my opinion. Is mean, I know, because he really hadn't an easy life, but PLEASE! He's a man! and he has the best uncle with him! But he still is like....THAT!
Anyways, like Digi said, I guess it's about change?
It would be... and also, Lenalee even thought of her brother when she was dying, with her as a child. Maybe she will challenge her brother as to the men around her? =)

So....we can compare Zuko and Rinali in the point that they are at a point of decisions and changes. I'm pretty sure that Rinali did better than him (heh, don't understand me wrong, Zuzu *clears throat* ...Zuko has my sympathy, but he still is somehow an emo-like ass)
