As for Allen is a Noah? Yeah... maybe he has Noah part cause he said that his other half is for human and the other for the innocence

I think it was much deeper than that - surprisingly for Allen to make actually some interesting line like that, yet when you think about it it's still shallow like hell.

That's not quite what Allen said; he said his left hand is for the akuma, and his right hand is for humans - kinda cool. ^_^ I guess the Noah is the right-hand bit, since his left is Innocence - and Noah are still humans who have a connection to humanity or whatever? Although that's just assuming it would be divided that way.
