Thread: Who needs to die for real ?! - Big Brother in DGM

O.K - this is another pathetic excuse for a thread, but just try to bear with me

It's sometimes impossible to just love all characters in one manga and some of them are pretty annoying you to the extend that you would want it to dissapear from manga, or putting it in more drastic way, you want them DEAD !!

Personally, I want Allen to die badly (people who know me are probably pretty surprised right now, since everyone know Allen is my favourite character). The filthy hand kid just cam to the black order, proved to be completely kick-ass, everyone seems to be a little disturbed by his look (if I saw a guy like that on my yard, I would shoot on sight...except for the fact that in my country we are not allowed to have weapons ). He has no personality, has cheesy sentences (never said anything smart) and he looks like a girl, which for some reason made him popular with over half of female cast in whole series (well, yeah - the female cast isn't so big, but still...).

So what's your bet ?

Allen should seriously die (at the end i mean). He's survived everything that has/have been thrown at him. He should die in an unexpected way, like death by linalee's punch or death by too much food.

Also the new guy, chaoji, he's pretty much useless at the moment.

Awww, I don't want Allen to die. I definitely want Chaoji to die, and Krory, because they're emo and too old for the main Exorcist team. I want Komui and Bookman to die for plot development. I want Bak and Fou to die because it'd ALSO be great plot development. I want Lavi to die because he's a good friend to Allen and Lenalee and it would be very emotional. I want Kanda to die because he hasn't done anything in the manga at all. And I want Cross to die because he let Anita die and there's really no reason why we still need to see him.

...The better question is, who DON'T I want to see dead. And, like Berserk, that list is incredibly short.

^Tried, but the poll has only 10 places max so I just skipped the characters which don't really have any significant role in plot.

..dammit, I missed Miranda..well, no one cares about her either way

Yeah, I could live with Miranda dying or living. She's affected the plot about as much as Kanda has.

It seems here ability is quite useless - if she dies, everyone dies - she also limited range and isn't able to protect herself. People can still fall unconscious, even if healed by her power...

Well, if she dies, people could still live. What I don't like is that her ability only keeps injuries from showing up - it doesn't heal them at all. It DOES make the Exorcists more likely to die with their sustained injuries, however. Even if Kanda, Krory and Lavi didn't die for other reasons, they'd die because they were ALREADY injured when they went into the Ark. If Miranda stopped using her weapon, they really would die because they'd have too many injuries. (This doesn't apply to Allen, since he wasn't injured, or Lenalee, since she isn't injured now and probably wasn't before.) Really, all it does it make sure the Exorcists can kick ass before dying.

I think Lenalee's death would be, quite possibly, the best plot twist this story can have, right now. I do not mean a lame death but a memorable one. So far she has not done much (beside killing that Lvl.3 (?) Akuma), if she dies after a great battle, then, in my opinion, that would become a great part to the plot.

Anyway, I honestly believe no one is going to die.

Yeah, but Lenalee is like... one of the only female characters. She can't die, or else this would turn into a yaoi manga. And I doubt anyone wants that.

(Although it'd be cool if she died and Allen went crazy and killed everything. I'd support that.)

She can be replaced. We haven't been introduced to every single Exorcist, neither we have been told that Lenalee is amongst the best. She's one of the most important characters, though, and that is why I think her death would make a great and good impact to the plot. Once she's dead, a new, and probably, stronger female Exorcist can be introduced.
