Thread: Chapter 127 Discussion - DEUS EX MACHINA!

Um, some weird shit happens in this chapter. And, of course, the Deus Ex Machina. (I feel really bad for Allen, too. He saves Rinari, and... well...)

By the way, said Deus Ex Machina is the scariest thing I've ever seen. REALLY.

I hope this said wierd shit is some good shit, not lame one. Waiting for translation.

Yeah, this was certainly interesting enough for a wait, but after Chaoji getting Innocence, this was the other bad thing that everyone knew would happen. At least it was pulled off as well as it possibly could, I think... but Hoshino-sensei had better have good things planned to make up for this.

On another note, I bought a giant Timcanpy plushie. :3

We knew that it would happen, but we could hope for a miracle that could have helped to avoid it... To me it seems that Hoshinio has driven herself into a corner with no good exit. No mater what she does now it would be lame. Chaoji with innocence together with Tyki's rebirth as hell-knows-what are too most bad things that could have happened, and they did. What now? Cross entering the game?

Actually, that's EXACTLY what happened, Reinard. The best we can hope for now is a non-ashaming way for everyone to get out and retain their honour... although that probably won't happen, what with Allen being hung upside down, Chaoji doing NOTHING, and Rinari getting saved by the second-most worthless character in the manga (who I love, and who shares a first name with a handsome man on TV, but that's not the point).

Downloaded RAW and am pretty much shocked. Am I dreaming or there is Cross on the last page?

Also, the way Tyki is drown a couple of times reminded me of Proxies from Ergo Proxy.

Non-ashaming way seems impossible for me, unfortunately. Too much shameful episodes already happened, after all.

Yeah, I'm going to post a photo. It's bigger than my head - I walked into my room and forgot it was on my bed; it scared me. ^^;; I spread its wings and all.

You're not dreaming; that's exactly who you think it is, and that's the skeleton that was in the previous pages, apparently. (ZOMG SKULL KNIGHT.) Wow, I would laugh if this turned into Berserk - Rinari became powerless and weak, Allen has a really big sword, and now Skull Knight shows up. Wow.

Thankfully, this is better than the anime... and there's still hope for the manga. Even the worst parts of the manga are still worth reading, and feature gorgeous art.

(On the topic of the anime, guess who got volumes 5 and 6 of the DVDs. And I bought a Rose Cross pin, too.)
