Default Thank God for public libraries!

Actually, I think the Parasyte/Item invocation thing is less complicated then it would seem. Basicly the parasyte it a part of your body, where as an equipment type is mearly a tool to use. You can feel the wants and such of the parasyte, but the equipment you have no clue to how it feels. That being said, the innocence has been shown to have it's own mind. I think that Lenalee is having her problems because she isn't feeling what the innocence feals, which is key for parasyte type invocation.

Also I think Cross already has the way out, or at least he thinks that he does. He did beat his way in, so I can see him thinking the same thing in reverse (if the access point did close). On that subject I think that the "egg" of the Ark is actually inside the new Ark... well maybe not, but it would be cool.

As far as the Kanda/Crowly thing, maybe they are in that Huge Black Slab that Cross is standing on. Now, I will probably get yelled at for this, but I kind of hope they are actually dead. Don't get me wrong, I actually enjoy the charactors a lot, but we need the series to go dark somehow and this would dampen everyone's spirits (yes, even the constantly happy Lavi).

I think it's less complicated, too, but they still do invocate differently. Rinari could also be having trouble because she's learned to invocate one way, and that's how she's been trying to do things. Obviously, her Innocence is working, so... um, but for an Exorcist to learn the most, and effectively, they should probably have a teacher with a similar type.

So they'll exit into the new Ark? Hm... that's better than just randomly getting out, at least.

I wouldn't mind Kanda and Crowley staying dead, either. They're great characters, but killing them off is a great way to change the tone of D.Gray-Man (like in Tsubasa Chronicle!). We know a lot about Crowley, and Kanda's past is probably best revealed through someone else anyway. He's never been a character in the spotlight; he was absent for a number of volumes, after all. He's also the reader favourite... xD That would be a big shock, but it might just be what's needed.

Letting Kanda and Crowley being dead isn't that great if you consider fans who aren't that happy about their dead like you. It's a brave move, yet again it's murderous....especially Kanda...who's really, really a favorite (in Japan at least).

Deus Ex Machina is another religious term, "God Out of a Machine" I wondor what is to come of this (Seriously, is Hoshino-sensei religious?). Other than that I love cross's Grave of Maria, it looks so cool with the ropes and such.

Happy belated birthday Digi, can you sit on Timcanpy like a beanbag? Or is it he too small for that.

Killing off the most loved character would be really interesting, and probably something Hoshino-sensei would be hated for. Maybe she's trying to increase the love for Allen a little more?

Hoshino-sensei may or may not be religious - deus ex machina is just a general term used to describe these events in a plot. It just REALLY fit this chapter well. On a note about Cross's Innocence - is it just me, or is it a little weird that both Cross and Allen both have Innocence attacks that involve the term "grave"? That's weird.

I could sit on Timcanpy but his wings would hurt. xD

Well Allen is Cross's apprentice so maybe he took some of his attacks or named of his attacks (Cross Glaive) after his master. Hmm it looks like Cross has a parasite type innocence.

You can name your attacks? o_O I thought it was just some typical shounen stereotype there - an attack already has a name, and it's part of the weapon. It could just be coincidence, or the fact that it's an appropriate term for an Innocence attack. ^_^

Cross's Innocence is his eye? Shit! Pegasus! XD (Oh, the Yu-Gi-Oh jokes... haha.)

Deaus ex Machina is more like "Machine of God", as in, something occurs which could only have come about through God's intervention. It's not supposed to mean the arrival of God himself (or Himself). Anyway, I get the feeling alot of people around here don't quite get what it means, so ... don't use it

And I also hope Crowley and Kanda stay dead. Bringing characters back to life is too crappy. I quite liked Naruto up until they did that, and I don't think it's ever quite recovered since. Getting themselves somehow downloaded or whatever into the New Ark would be kinda cool though, I guess, if it was done in a good way that made sense...

Yeah, and God likes Cross so God sends Cross, there ya go~ And I DID use it correctly, Sherman! Ignoring its origins, this is exactly the kind of situation - something improbable happening to save everyone at the last minute. Basically. I know that's not the technical description of it, but Wikipedia agrees with me.

D.Gray-Man is the kind of manga that could revive dead characters, since it's about zombies, and because Kanda and Crowley technically aren't "dead" (unless they died from their injuries or from the Ark deleting). When you look at it that way, they can't really be dead, and it seems a bit lame to say "well, they're somewhere else, so I hope they don't come back", but it'd be really cool if they just were dead, period.

Well I think Arystar Krory could surivive. He could be able to just live in his blood form.
