Road is alive, and she probably did something to tiki. He was a human after allen destroyed the noah in him, and allen questioned if he was tiki or not at the end of the chapter.
Chaoji doesn't seem to be suffering at all. Maybe the previous burn dulled his pain receptors or something?
How could Road do something to Tiki, though? He WAS human, but that's not to say that he didn't recover or anything; we still know very little about what makes a Noah a Noah, and how Allen's Innocence works. Besides, HOW could Road have done such a thing?

I don't know how road would have been able to do something to tiki, but then again we don't know much about her at all. She and her powers are still somewhat a mystery (..unless I've missed something..which I often do xD).

I just think that Road already has a lot of amazing powers that we've seen - she can control the Ark, create doorways to other dimensions and then manipulate those, create flying candles, create protective barriers, and hide her actual self somewhere else for protection. None of the other Noah that we've seen have so many powers, and one is dead and another might not really be a Noah anymore. To be able to manipulate Tiki or restore his powers just seems unusual to me since nothing we've seen so far relates to that (unless this is really her dimension, as the Ark, and she can do stuff that we're unaware of).
Of course, I'm usually wrong... so it won't turn out that Allen's Innocence is as cool and powerful as we originally thought.

She was, but that could just mean that she awakened first. She does have the weird powers relating to the Ark, but we know another Noah had those too, only he gave them to someone else and got himself killed.
