Yeah, so whatever it is, Allen x Rinari got support in two ways this chapter~~
I don't think Chaozi is acting suspiciously. He tried to hurt Tiki before, and he's seen how the Noah hurt people. He's also human - humans feel those kinds of emotions (just like the Noah!). It's hard for US to see why Allen doesn't just kill them, because that's normally what happens in that kind of situation (and this is a hundred years ago, too), so it's understandable that Chaozi, who has seen this kind of evil, doesn't get why Allen would want to save them. I mean, they're evil.
I think Allen would care about what Chaozi has to say; this is one of the first people he's met in a long time who isn't really associated with the Order in a strong way, after all. Besides, he's also an ally (or was?). Also, he did try and save Chaozi, and, uh, that's why he's really badly injured now. And you're probably right about Rabi; he's got ongoing issues too. His opinion, at least, will matter.

It seems consistent to his Human/Akuma ideals and his weapon, but, he is constantly clashed by others who hold that "one or the other" view and chaozi being the newest. He has been keeping to it so far sometimes to the point of being stubborn (except that earlier incident with tiki) but it seems to be helping.
Note: I voted Allen X Road to even the odds (last time i checked) lol
Whaaaat? YOU like AllenxRoad? *scowl* Well, at least it's beyond thought; he clearly is disgusted at the thought of anything like that.
Allen hasn't encountered many dualistic perspectives, though - not with the Noah. People are confused that he cares about the fate of an akuma, but so far, he hasn't met anyone who has actually told him to kill the Noah so directly. None of the Exorcists have imposed their views on him, and I wouldn't be surprised if Rinari, at least, agreed with him.
Besides, he's already straying from that path - he didn't seem to care about Road's death at all, and he sees no problem with human assault. This could just be the tipping point that pushes him to actually kill Tiki instead of just knocking him out or something. After all, Tiki wasn't happy at the thought of not being a Noah, and Allen's Innocence has apparently not worked. He's got to be losing some hope by now, even if he's trying to be positive and not showing it.
So, as for predictions... well, I think (er, hope?) that Tiki will go for Rabi instead, since Rabi's the one who killed Road...
...speaking of that, Chaoji kind of has a point. Three of the five Exorcists in the Ark have no trouble killing a human, knowing perfectly well that the Noah are human themselves (although Crowley didn't succeed), and the fourth is too weak and hasn't even tried. Now the fifth is defending a known murderer. Allen had better realize that if he wants to keep his values the way they are, he's got to make a choice between them and friends - and if his reaction to Rabi's fight with Road is anything, he's leaning towards the second.
...Seriously, those two looked so bored when she exploded. >_>
Responses supposedly in order (too lazy/drunk to bold :))

I think he's not really disgusted just uncomfortable (her being the enemy , her age, lavi's view of it, etc).
It was more of the Exorcist's actions that showed their difference, they don't have to really say it.
Actually he was wondering whats happening to her but what Lavi came with diverted his attention lol.
Tiki didn't want to lose his white form either it was just Allen going with the "good" part of the scenario.
about the killing Tiki thing i think hes more worried since he supposedly expelled the evil (to the point of actually asking if it was Tiki) but it hasn't. I will agree about him possibly losing hope but when are his choices ever 100% successful in the first shot anyways.
It goes back to the differing views with the Exorcists and Allen IMO.
I think Allen will try for both choices until the opportunity dries up then making his final choice (of good, hence his friends).
This new Tyki does seem weird. His power's changed from those butterflies into some kind of tentacle thing. And instead of having crosses across his forehead, it's one big cross on his throat.
Could this be something new? And I wonder what exactly will come of Road... I can't believe that's the end of her.
That was freaking awesome!
Chaozi finally does something to further the plot! I can't wait to find out who that really is!
Tyki Tyki Tyki...
What happened to him?!
AND THE DOOR?
And I almost thought something strange had eaten Chaozi and was acting from within him when he started freaking.
Nice speech... Not exactly useful, but still.
It was Road - she transferred to Chaozi mind - now she is a transvestite !!...or maybe not.
But I think Allen will meet up with Cross soon - after this fight, of course (or whatever it will be).
to be honest i think road is behind it all, i dont know exactly how she's doing it, but she's definitely responsible for choaji and tyki mikk's sudden recovery. I dont even think she's dead. Remember she said those that havent seen her true form cant kill her? Im not saying shes become tyki or anything like that, im just saying i dont think she's dead.
Vanilla is nice. >_> Especially French Vanilla, but Frenchness is something else.
Disgusted, uncomfortable... whatever, it means the same thing in terms of relationship.
I thought Allen was like "Road?" because she stood up and started laughing - she hadn't exploded yet. When she did, Rinari and Chaoji were shocked, and the other two started playfighting with each other.
I don't think that he needs to try more than once for an Exorcism. I mean, it's his Innocence; he should be able to get it to work the first time. If he does try again, he'll probably just fail since there shouldn't be anything left that he can cut, or if there is, he won't be able to cut it.
As for Chaoji, his acting isn't out of character. Akuma destroyed most of his friends and his livelihood (he was a sailor), nearly ended his own life, and it's because of the Noah that he's in this bad situation. He's faced Noah and seen them hurt people. What kind of a person WOULDN'T hate them? He's already attacked Tiki with hate, too.
Road probably is behind it somehow... but I think a lot of it is exactly what it appears to be. Chaoji is a nasty person, Tiki wants power and to destroy the door... the main reason I can believe that she's still alive is because she still controls the door (and she could easily destroy it and make a new one, I'm sure).
