Thread: The Betraying Noah (theory)

I also have a question about Mana. Why did Allen get cursed when Mana slashed him? Is it because Mana chose to curse him? When the other exorcists get hit by Akuma, they don't get cursed, they just get inured.

Hmmm I think he did decide to curse him. The whole screaming "I'LL CURSE YOU ALLEN" kinda gives it away. I'm still wondering who he was able to do that though? You wouldn't think that cutting his eye and screaming would actually... do anything similar to a curse XD But I have a feeling it might have something to do with our theories of Mana being the betraying Noah.

Yeah. Because it doesn't seem like every Akuma can do that. I reread that part of the manga after I posted, but I couldn't figure out why Mana was cursing Allen. Wasn't he supposed to kill him?

As for curse: yes, it is not common ability of akuma, but when Allen came to HQ for first time, they figured out he is cursed -- that implies curs isn't uniqe trait.

I think Mana gave his "Ark pilot" power to Allen -- and that will save exorcist's lives in near future (maybe even bring Kanda back)...

In any case it's not the Innocence Allen got from Mana (because of his deformed arm he was thrown away by his blood parents......and then he was found by Mana).

But the curse, his eye, is developing, right? Maybe there's a hidden, more powerful ability. Maybe... that what you guys/gals are guessing...controlling the Ark.

But...I didn't know the Noah's had a betrayer...where'd you get this info?! Now I know it (because I read through the thread)...but... well...where is this mentioned?

Maybe akuma can curse - they just haven't done it before. It's possible that Mana knew something about the arm (was in contact with Cross, if not the Noah) and could see that the curse would be beneficial if he chose to fight akuma or whatever. The other akuma just might not have cursed their targets, but could have - well... no, not really. Allen might have received the curse just for making an akuma and not dying; we haven't seen that before.

I don't think his eye has Noah power; he got that eye after Mana died and the Ark power was granted before the Noah's death - the Earl killed him as a result of that.

(Noah betrayer = chapter... 87, I think.)

I think Allen first has to discover this power first. =P

well i think the betrayer is allen's real father (which we don't know yet), and gave his powers to either cross or allen

But that would have to be fifteen years ago - who knows what would have happened then? Besides, it makes more sense to be someone we've seen AND who has the creepy hat than... some guy. =P

You know when Allens eye goes crazy, it looks like machienary like an akuma part, or even an ark piece.

Well, it's an akuma thing and akuma are made of machinery, right? It even evolves like an akuma - so he thought himself.
