So apparently Viz was (mostly) correct, after all - for once. On the other hand, as much as I'd like to trust Hoshino-sensei with knowing the romanizations of her own characters, I'd prefer if she had some knowledge of how names generally work in any romanized language.
So... exactly how DO you pronounce "Jeryy"? Extra sound at the end? =P
Lol. That is a good question. Jeryy. That just looks strange. Okay then, maybe I should start spelling Lenalee "officially" correct. And Lavi, too. I originally spelled it Ravi, but everyone of the forum called him Rabi, so I changed.
Meh... Some of those romanizations are just confusing, in my opinion. =P I still like Rabi as a name better (and hey, it's pronounced the same as Lavi if you speak Engrish. =P) and whatnot. It's just that for once, Viz got things right! (Wait, no they didn't - they mixed up Lenalee and Linali in the same volume.)

Viz isn't known for accurate names (or translations - but they've been doing better). I thought it was their fault that they messed up Kanda's name, but I guess that the Japanese have different ideas of romanization than everyone else (presumably, they don't have to deal with mispronounciations).
