Thread: Getting a tattoo. Help.

My twin brother just got his second tattoo and I still have yet to get my first. The truth is, I just haven't seen a design that has reached out to me. I've been to all kinds of tattoo shops but it's all so generic.

Anyways, lets cut to the chase...draw me a tattoo. I've seen that many of you are able artists, so don't be shy.

Just post the picture on here. If I like your design enough it will be immortalized on my skin. It can be anything from one of Jakko's amazing MS Paint creations to a catchy ST design. Just give me something.

A tattoo is something personal. Why mention your brother? Do you feel compelled to get one too because he has two? Do you feel the need to get one as well? I don't get it.

I thought I already explained it in the post, or at least implied. We've always been competitive, and it bothers me that he has two before I have even one. I haven't seen a design I would like to have yet and figured if I asked around I may find one with a story that applies to me, or just one I would like.

That is a dumbass reason for a tattoo.

I believe he has been simply wanting one ever since his brother got his first, or something similar, and not solely because his brother has two before him.

Well, not everyone understands someone elses reasoning for a tattoo. Why, a friend of mine got one on her foot that was of a robot with smoke coming out of his head. There was no reason behind it, she just thought it was cute. But I have my reason and it's good enough for me.

May I ask you what, if anything, would qualify for a good reason to get a tattoo in your book?
Drunken night? Holocaust prisoner?
By all means, people have had less reasoning to get inked, but explaining (or defending) mine is not why I created this thread. I just wanted to see if anyone could help me find something I liked, or even create something we both like. Members have posted their artwork here before, why not try a new level...posting it on my arm.
