Coloring attempt
Aways wanted to color something, all I've been using PS was for collage of sigs.
Well I'm not sure of the results, the I'm not sure about the hair
And I can't get the smoke to look like smoke, it looks like clouds >_>
What you guys think? What else can I do to improve it..

hey, not bad. =D
ummm...the smoke thing, the reason why it looks like clouds more than anything else is because the way it was set up. Smoke tends to go up and have a V-shape, as clouds are more of what you did.
as for the coloring, i think the only other thing u should do it make darker parts of her show up more. Like the parts that aren't exposed to the light, or have something overlaying it.

I see, although I didn't really went for what she is like, more like what I like.. I like brunetes^^FYI, Nel has blue hair and her clothes are white.
@Raszagal, for background I didn't think of one yet, guess I'll polish up on the lightining and the smoke, that sucks, because its a smoke that comes from her back.. I guess I'll just redraw and take her off the smoke^^

At least you can color. I always have trouble getting the colors to work 2gether. Always end up with just blue, red, and black. It's pretty lousy.
