Right... Ok so I've read through your comic... Truth is, it is a bit complicated... I'm sorry that I'm gonna be pretty harsh. Don't take it personal, I'm just trying to help here... Right, so basically.
1) Go for clearer panels. Specially the pencil pages, try to ink them to make everything clearer... Place some space between each panel so that the reader knows how things go. Also remember that we read from upper-left to lower-right, specially when it comes to text-balloons, make sure they're in the right order so that the readers know which one goes first, second and so on.
2) Well, I'd mostly suggest you start each story with a panel that just shows the reader where things are taking place. Like, just a shot of the entrance of a bar, or a couple of panels, the first one with the city and the second one with the specific place. You really don't have to rush it into the story.
3) Back to the speech balloons, my suggestion is to assign specific shapes for every situation, for example, round ballons for regular conversation, spiky ones for yelling or loud sounds, square ones for the narrator... Try drawing these shapes before scanning the pages, this might give you better results than adding them with the computer and it'll also make things more regular. Also, try to always make the text relatively horizontal... if it changes direction it might be hard to read.
4) Well I can't complaint about the wide variety of perspectives, that's one good thing to say; keep that up because nothing's more boring than watching the same faces over and over again.
5) You can never have too much practise when it comes to anatomy. True, you got the right bases. Still, it's good to keep on practising.
Well that's all for now, I might re-read it a couple of times in the future and add something. To be honest the thoughts of the main character are very interesting and deep, and that's a complete plus. Seems like you're gonna create a cool story here.
Anyway, read you soon. *goes away cursing his fake sense of duty*
