Aru Eru

Well, I created this comic just out of boredoom, as you can see I had to translate it (Since i am from Mexico I did it in spanish to post it on another forum) Hope you like it, altought my art isn´t precisely good, but perhaps the story would be entertaining for you XD
I will put more scans later... I need to translate them first..
And don´t be fooled, this story isn´t just about that girl doing a love monlogue, that´s just the begining, doing a quick synopsis this is a love comedy with battle elements (Think of it as Ranma but without people changing into animals and without Rumiko´s art)
PS: If you can tell me a program to translate that is better than paint, please tell me... and if you have any tutorials, better XD.

Hmm. Well, to be helpful, try to make your writing and speech bubbles as clear as possible. It's really hard to read or follow anything your characters are saying right now.

As far as the art, well, just keep practicing. Are you taking art classes? Studying anatomy? Looking at references and pictures when you draw your characters? Have read about the basics of composition and color theory? Manga/comic panel design?

I think these are things that can help you improve your art. Just go to google.com and type in "the basics of composition" and you'll be surprised at how much you'll learn :)

I don´t study art in any way and have never done so before... But I will improve by googling what you told me.

practice makes perfect!! thats the only way to really learn your own style

Well, I have been practicing a lot and I have made like 4 chapters (Total of like 100 pages) and I think I have kinda improved, I will put more scans when I can.

Its neat! I like the fact that you bothered to translate the work for others to read!

I guess that's why some of the balloons are either too small or too large! Very Manga like!

hmmm...the story looks promising and interesting, i like it, your drawings are good, you just need more practice, i cant wait to see more.
