Thread: parody work/my comic-con experience

Hey, all! you may have some bad impressions of me, but I am just rying to get around. I am currently working on a parody work of Masashi Kishimoto's "Naruto" series, and it's in Yoshio Sawai's Bobobo-Bo Bo-bobo style. If you have any suggastions of who should be who, please respond. Also, If any of you reads BuzzBoy, I can give you a secret hint of what's happening next issue, because I met John Gallagher at this year's NY comic-con. I also met Jhonen Vasquez!

suzu+sasuke=suzuke!
Jelly Jiggler+Gaara= Sandy Jiggler!
bo-bobo+baki= Boki!
beauty+sakura=Beaukara!
Don Pachi+kankurou= Donkurou!
Torpedo Girl + Temari= Torpemari!
also, I'm gonna guest star as the announcer.

this isnt a place where you can mooch off of other peoples ideas and such. well give you crits when we see what you're actually doing.

what was Jhonen Vasquez like? Did he say anything about doing more of his stuff? perhaps more filler bunny?

Okay, I didn't get a chance to scan the pages yet, but I will at some point. The parody is Gaara Vs. Sasuke from the chuunin exams, And I got the first three pages done, I'll see if I can post them here, but I may only get them on my site, so please VISIT VISIT VISIT! Okay, but anyway, Jhonen Vasquez almost didn't give me the signature, but then he let me. I'll do scans of that, too. I'm working so hard!
