I think I'll put a small watermark on my avatars in the future.
EDIT: It should be noted that I create most avatars in 96x96 for MSN, but since most sites only allow 80x80, I also resize them to 80x80.
The few 100x100 avatars I created, I created because some sites allow larger avatars.
