Wacom Graphire 3! How much did that cost you!? Either way, excellent work. I feel that the line art is too sharp in some areas of the picture but its only noticeable from close up.

Care to tell us a little about your picture and the title "Kanashimi no Shikumi"

thats one strange looking picture, the drawing is sharp and clean and the lines are gorgeous, but it looks like you couldnt decide whether you were drawing in 2D or 3D, which makes it really weird to look at...

I greatly enjoy texture, well shaped faces and lots of detail, which you've got down quite well! Very good. I'd say that maybe you should clean up your details more, and I'm mostly looking at the crosshatched effect and the arm of the boy on the right when I say that. Maybe use a cleaner pen tool? I'm not sure what you used to get all the effect though. I'd also like to mention that I enjoy how nice the lines seem to be under all that effect.

Beautiful (also, It's the same Tab I have Tet).

I love your style, very unique and strong. I LOVE the lineart, quite genius, but I do think you need to refine the style at some points, cause some areas look great but others look too rough. The slight colour hints are effective but you need to take more care when doing them (the blue is acceptable, the orange not so much).

As for the crosshatch on PS/OC, just use a 1-3pt brush with opacity settings on and shape dynamics and do it as you would normally. In anycase you did a great job, hope to see more work from you.
