[QUOTE=Elcura;323080]Well, usually if you wanna ink professionally you'd use pen and INK, not markers. I assume Monkey uses pen and ink, but if you find your lines getting fuzzy it's probably because you're using markers, or the paper you're using sucks (possibly both).

I'm actually....not sure if I'm using markers or pens (unless they're the same thing?). XD And yes, 2 out of the 3 sketchbooks that I'm using are crap quality.

    I use: Sakura Pigment Micron 0.05, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5

What would you guys suggest when buying for pens and ink?
    Back, and Drowsy.

i use the same type of pens as you do, i think its the paper your using. If your using scketch book paper its not gonna hold the ink that well, you should try Strathmore 400 Series Bristol board paper its smoother and it great for detail work i found out about couple it months ago i love it.Cost about 8.59 for 15 sheets or the manga paper is 7.95 for 30 sheets. You can get it at any art supplie store and the only difference between the two is the thickness.Hope that was helpful ask me any questions you have and ill try to answer even though im still learning.HAPPY TURKEY DAY EVERYONE.

heres something i did 7 months ago i dont really like it that much it shows how much i was in love with gorrilaz art,the layouts crappy, spelling errors, messing inking ect(sigh) at least i improved some now
