what do you mean, do you want an actual wallpaper as your sig or do you want to use the wallpaper to make a new original sig?

i have a Wallpaper which i want the person in the wallpaper in a siggnature so i want to take the person out and then resize him so it can fit the siggnature

lol... use photoshop. just use the freaking crop/rectangle marquee and then do image/canvas size.

Use the pen tool to trace around the desired image. Right-click after you have finished tracing and select "make selection" then copy and paste it on a new layer.

is there a way to make the image smaller with out making it look funny? the image size is currently 473x768 with the corping and what notOriginally Posted by bamboozler

use the transform tool like i said and hold Shift in order to keep the dimensions the same ratio.
