eh wait.. im newbie here... so... how to post ur work??
ive got my artwork in pc but dont know how 2 show them

You should find a server to upload them (such as photobucket.com) and then use the [img] [/img] tags by placing the URL inbetween.
Also, I think the mods want people to edit their post rather than double posting... just for your future reference.

You're not bad. Your hands aren't awful, which is highly encouraging. Did you draw this from a person posing, or based on another picture, or out of your head?

of course out of my head...
but I used manga as a guide..hehe

I think the hands are good, you can clearly see what they are doing (and what they were intended to look like) and the size certainly fits well with the picture, as said the head is the obvious problem, whether you fix that in this pic or in your future pics is up to you though.
