okay,so here it goes.I just started reading claymore yesterday and I finished it all 4 hours ago.(read it twice,but only v7-v14).here's some questions about claymore
raphaela was said died in the battle between luciela and isley.how did she finished luciela at the river?releasing her energy?
raphaela is the oldest claymore?
the abyssal creatures was number one claymore,right?then so far as I read,there are only 5(isley,riful,luciela,alicia,teresa).are they the only one or there are still another no.1 claymore?
from volume 1 to chapter 78,how many years has passed?
rigald the silver-eyed lion is former no2 from isley era?
how do you think this will end?
is this comic monthly or weekly?
is the anime worth watching?

1. i dont know exactly but i think she squeezed her to dead since luciela was pretty weak at the moment
2. if she's still alive yes. if not then not anymore.
3. pretty unlikely. it would be commen knowledge in the organisation if there where any other abyssal ones. but who knows^^

8. since you've read the manga theres no need to watch the anime. the story ends differently in the anime and many explainations are left out.
so i think you can make better use of your time.

Isley, Rigald and Duff from the same generation. They said it few times.

Abyssal Ones are former number 1s who awakened. There have only been four that we know of (and probably in total): Isley, Riful, Luciela, Alicia (who is a special case since she is still part of the organization). Teresa was not an Abyssal One. There have almost certainly been other number 1s in the past, but it's doubtful that they awakened or, if they did, are alive today.

is the anime worth watching?

Up until it diverges from the manga (around episode 1, yes. Seeing Claymore animated is pretty damn awesome, and Madhouse did a great job of it.

Isley was no.1, Rigaldo no.2 and Duph no.3. They all knew each other, they all disliked each other a lot.

about no.3,I was asking if there's another no1 claymore besides those 5.

I think Rafaela commit suicide. After killing her sister Rafaella lose her reason to live But i hope that i'm wrong

Abyssal Ones are not just number ones, though. -_-;; Anyway, there have probably been others in the past. We just don't know of them because they're presumably dead and gone.

If Raphaela never came back or came into contact with anyone else, and no one's seen her for a long period of time...

It'd be impossible to find Raphaela as well, even if she was alive she wouldn't be doing anything for the Organisation so she's as good as dead.

Also Teresa for the last time isn't an Abyssal One. She never awakened, though if she did she'd be a badass for sure. AO is just a term for ex-number 1's who have awakened, considering the size of the world and how serious an AO is I would bet that there haven't been that many cases, otherwise the Organisation would be fucked.

i think actually there are more then 5 no.1, if u have read the extra volumes. there is still one more no.1 before Teresa, the name is Rose (i don't remember before), and be killed in a minute after released Teresa. and she also was awaken, if she was alive, i wonder how many abysses there are???
it seem only Teresa is the only no.1 was not awaken ^^
