Weren't you paying attention? Galatea said her Yoki sensing had reached a new level ever since she lost her eyes. She could sense Yoki flow even when a person was fully suppressing it. Like how she knew Miata and Clarice were coming or what they were doing despite having used Suppressants.
From my reading of the manga Galatea just recognized their voices -

It seems that Galatea can only sense Yoki flow if there is one (like
those who suppress their Yoki by medicine, or some one like Priscella
who does not completely suppress hers.) Clare & co. was doing
the specific training for a long time so they can completely hide
their Yoki like Rafaela.

In one of the earlier chapters, it states that even offensive types can regenerate their eyes. Therefore Galatea's eye wound is purposely not fixed.
Plus, if you look at the end of the chapter is looks like the scar across her eyes are gone - possibly indicating she finally decided to heal them.
Ziggydeath: the drawer just got lazzy...
eye regeneration might be possible for Claymores but I do like to think that Galatea can't heal her own for some reasons. Maybe some terrible wound inflicted while she tried to escape from the organisaton, smthg that would be revealed in a bonus chapter like the really good and interesting ones we already had. It would also make her new strenght really cool since it would be smthg she actually had to work on to overcome this huge handicap.
Suppressants have the same effect. It stands to reason that if Galatea can more than accurately read Yoki of someone who's fully suppressed (just because it's suppressed doesn't mean it ISN'T there) with a pill then she can read the Yoki of people who suppress naturally.

I don't think Galatea will join Clare. They certainly are already on the same side but they a priori don't have the same goal. After all, we don't know any grudge Galatea could have against the organization (except for her eyes I guess...).
Clarice will stay in the organization but she's too human to continue like before. I don't think she's stupid just very young (maybe 15-16?) and brainwashed. She's interesting because of her humanity. And there's this link with Miata. She's said to have the potential to be number 1 right? Better than Alicia and Beth? Maybe her 5 senses power thing will greatly interest Riful...
To all the comments about Galatea getting better at yoki reading, I will point out simply that the girls said that they compleatly sealed their yoki. This being said, Elcura is right in saying the yoki is still there, just hidden, so that isn't to hard to beleive that Galatea could be sencing them.
I don't agree with that statement by what this chapter shows us. Everytime someone from the 7 speaks, that is when Galatea reconizes them (as indicated by the ! near her head). If she could scence the Mag. 7 then she would have no reson to be suprised that she knows this or that person, expecialy Mira and Clare who's yoki she's probably memorized (Mira for being a single digit, and Clare because of how she acted) and probably not Denivie or Helen's. Also on page 8 of my scanlation, there is the fact that Galatea admidts to the fact she doesn't know what happened right after the 7 destroyed the legs. What is the confusing point in this chapter is Miata, who can evidently sence their power levels. However, this could just be what Miata "sees" as far as what actually happened as well (she might just be really observant or something).
As far as hankiwi's comment, I thought that was about the attack from behind that the former #2 was doing with her leg (which was about to kill Clarese).
Note that as it stands in this chapter Galatea still thinks that Clare and co. are still in the Orginization. While we know this to be untrue, it is also true that they have no ill intent on the Org. either. So when Galatea finds out that they efectivly broke ties and that Riful is after her, she might join the group.
I think Miata's comments are observation. There's no way she could sense their power (either it's a hole or mistranslation). I don't think the ! were Galatea recognizing the person, but more acknowledging the actions and the power they possess. She seemed surprised by how strong each of them were.
And about page 8: Even if she did have eyes or could sense them due to them not suppressing their yoki she probably would have said the same thing. Hell, as a reader I said the same thing.
^ No, Miata can sense them. Not through Yoki receptors, but through her "special ability" that watcher who was instructing Clarice earlier was talking about. Just as she sensed Galathea who too was suppressing her Yoki for seven years. remeber the chapter where the pair got near Rabona - Miata said that a very strong claymore is there despite being under suppressants. I think she could use the same ability to measure Northern teams power.
Ah yeah, that's right. She did sense them, but I was thinking more along the lines of reading Yoki, not with her heightened senses (I totally forgot about that, great characters huh?)
