Which do you refer to them as? Dwellers of the Deep, while probably more accurate, is a bit cumbersome. I go with Abyssal Ones as it sounds cooler, very Lovecraftian.

On another note, now that Luciella's out of the picture, how do you think a fight between Isley and Riful will go down?

Riful's gonna lose I guess unless if she can get Clare or some other strong ally that may stand up against priscilla. Unlike the fight with Luciella it would be a fight of legions since each of them has started gathering forces and we all know that Riful is on the losing side right now

both names are good. i dont really care about dweller of the deep or abyssal ones.

i think riful still has one trumpf card. so its open who will win. but in the end both riful and isley will die leaving the endfight to clare and pricilla

what happens to alicia and beth? O.o let's not forget they're also considered as an abyss now

Only in principle - in the setting itself, I'd say nearly no one knows of them. Any regular claymore is not likely to even believe that the #1 and 2 have awakened (Clare didn't know much about it at her time, and the experiments on the two had been going on for a while), and it's unlikely that most rogues would have seen the "field test" of Alicia that happened around the battle of Pieta. As for anyone outside the organization, they iirc have no idea what an awakened one is - they either haven't seen one or have died.

Still, while Alicia is undeniably powerful, her reliance on another to keep her in check is a serious weakness. Riful isn't an idiot and will probably exploit such a weakness, and chances are - so will Eisley. Of course, Ice-boy also has Priscilla in his corner, so things get even hairier for the AB team.

yes I agree and other than Alicia and Beth the organizaton has no back ups, their number 3 downwards are all weak not including Miata thnough she's cool. Priscilla and Clare would be the wild cards in the battle, Isley has the upper hand right now but nobody knows what may happen. The organizaton is cunny, Riful is cute (and that's really a great weapon) and Isley has priscilla.

Easley has Priscilla... but Riful's got Clare's mad "OMFG TERESA" syndrome on her side if this turns into a battle royale. That... and if Priscilla doesn't rip her into 9 pieces before a minute's up, Clare would rape her with influenced Awakening and shit like that.

actually everybody thinks that Isley has the upper hand but in reality we all know that isley can't control priscilla. She's too strong and her mental state isn't good either. I bet if we kidnapped Raki and take him to Riful. She's gonna abandoned Isley and join Riful.

Riful is one of the abyssal ones. I bet if the other awakaned beings met her. they'll gladly join her instead of joining Isley. Isley sacrificed the other awakened beings just for the sake of buying time so I don't think they'll like to follow someone like that.

The organization should have more secrets. I bet they have already started a new project of controlled awakened beings. 7 years has pass so they would have more time creating new claymores but as we can see the new claymores are too weak. It can't be a coincidence.

lets wait for the story to role then XD

most likelly will have a change of power before the fight happens, well the manga states that Riful found a way to equal her power or even surpass the piscilla/Isley but she needed someone who was good at reading youki(most likelly now that Galatea has appeared it can samewhat appoint to that).

And about Isley, it is not that he will go against pricilla, because she is stronger and he is, for now, loyal to her.
