Sisteena took off her bloodied cloak which has been smeared with her sweat and dried blood from earlier battles along with fresh bloody prints marked on the hems of her cloak. As she did so she prompted to make a gashing wound on Lindy's shoulder not really deep enough for the Claymore to feel any distinguishable pain yet producing a streak of blood flowing from the wound. Sisteena gathered a portion of Lindy's blood and smeared it all over her cloak before tossing it high in the air, she ripped the cloak into pieces, enough to attach the cloth to the rats Lindy has caught.
"I'm unsure how the creature tracks us but if my guess is correct, by doing this we should throw it offcoarse by splitting the scent of smell in different areas much like how its managed to delude us before by releasing yoki in different areas than where he is currently."
She released the rats to go about their own business and wherever they pleased.
Oh I wonder what Sisteena is doing. Lindy was unsure whether the plan Sisteena came up with would work but it was good to at least have some plan. Hopefully the monster that Sisteena was trying to shake off would be confused by the scents the rats gave off and would not attack them.
Farleen? Not coming after us yet?
It was frustrating for the duo as no matter how far or how long they ran, they appeared to be re-visitng the same old spot again and again. Lindy looked at a still exhausted Sisteena who was with her. She knew that it was up to her to search for the exit that could save not only her life but the lives of her 2 other comrades. If only they could all safely escape this horrible place and get some back-up.
With that, Lindy tried to come up with some escape plan...
The dungeons is indeed confusing with that many walls. It will be ages before we can make our way out of here...
"Sisteena, if I'm to dash across all the walls, do you think that we can make it to the surface?"

OOC: I think I'll leave Cecily lost in the darkness since I won't be able to reply properly for the time being.
Cecily rushed into the black ominous veils, preoccupied with the thought of a friend in trouble. She knew for sure the large yoki was Farleen's. An old acquaintance in danger blinded her judgement ultimately leaving Kaiserin to the bloody bowels of the labyrinth behind her.
"A dead end..." the muck-dressed warrior said with huffs and puffs. A sturdy looking brick wall obstructed the way to her friend. "Confound this hindrance!" she seethingly raised her voice as she embedded her able fist into the wall. Her punch confirmed the wall's thickness, it was earth right behind it. "I made a wrong turn somewhere..." she said earnestly.
The yoki bursts began to become erratic, enticing Cecily to search further but then she recovered from her disarray and realized her partner was no longer with her. "D-Damn it! Kaiserin!" she shouted at the darkness behind her. Panic began to take over. Not thinking about the consequences, she ran back to where she came from.
OOC: Well I guess Arc is going to be by himself while trying to meet up with other claymores. Decided just to post to speed things up a bit.
Wandering the labyrinth Arc had begun marking the route when he found a rock with enough of an edge on it to mark the walls. This was at the third intersection in which he back track to make sure to mark the way out before he continued. Using a system of this symbol for direction he came from Arc marked with O ->. For the direction he was going Arc marked with / ->. Though when he found it to be a dead end then he returned back down the path and change the symbol from / to an X. Heading in the gereral direction of the closest ally yoki he sensed. As he gotten closer he found another dead end. Arc thought, "And I am so close too. I guess I should head back and find another way." Arc turns around to go back and find another way.
Beaumont’s sadistic blades clashed down hard against Farleen’s claymore. Bits of sparks flying high creating sound waves of metal banging against another like some twisted music fit for war. Seeing that the usual sword fighting wouldn’t work too well with the experienced Farleen, the man catapulted a savage kick to Farleen’s stomach, letting the force of the kick push her back. His eyes focused hungrily as if he desired nothing more than to cut her up into pieces and into a war trophy of sorts. A sick pleasure ran down his spine, twisted smile uncovered his thirst for her blood. All the more amusing as Farleen has so far managed to push him back or rather to be blunt about it, she managed to stay alive barely by defending herself from his barrage.
“One final stroke, where should I dissect you my featherbrain? The neck? No wait.. Should I cleave through your spinal chord? Yes, I want to play some more dissecting you slowly, I think I’ll do that so you don’t move around?”
Before she can get up from Beaumont’s kick, he threw his blades towards Farleen. Each meeting their mark perfectly as it pierced into her skin and deeply rooted itself on the stone pavement, right through her shoulders. From Beaumont’s back he pulled out a small carving knife he carried with him, often used for carving up piece of wood into small darts.
“I’ll have fun with you right after I removed your spinal chord and believe me this will hurt you more than it will hurt me I’m afraid.” A sadistic grin flashed before his face as he walked closer to his prey.
Unfortunately, things took a strange turn as Beaumont found himself facing not Farleen before him but a total stranger who appeared to have been observing the fight from above them without releasing an ounce of presence. Even now it was so subtle and in small amounts, he couldn’t tell whether if this person was a yoma or a normal human being.
“Step aside stranger or you’ll get a knife stuck up your gullet” but why did he care anyway? Man or Yoma, it really didn’t matter in the end if he was going to kill them after messing with Farleen anyway. The carving knife slashed across aiming to cut up the man’s windpipe but unexpectedly it was stopped right as it slammed against the man’s neck. It was difficult to see in the dark but from what he can make out, this guy’s skin just did something horribly unnatural. What was it? Some sort of liquid skin? It instantly pulled back, withdrawing back into his suit as the knife was moved away from the man’s windpipe.
“I thought I’d come down now and have fun with you both. Nice to meet you, Claymores. I’m your target, the name is Ciccero.”
It didn’t take a second to notice this was the monster that killed #18 who led the initial party down here. Farleen watched as the man before her vanished to be replaced by a demonic being now covered from head to toe with that mysterious liquid like armour, a yoma skin alteration? It sure seemed like it but something told her it was one of the same yet not the same skill as simple Yoma skin alteration. Steel did not pierce it when Beaumont tried to cut it’s throat.
Instead of attacking however, it arrogantly stood in front of Farleen facing lazily at Beaumont expecting some sort of retaliation from him. It yawned and twisted his neck which further irritated Beaumont now provoked with anger.
Releasing over 30% yoki Beaumont threw his carving knife aimed straight at Ciccero’s forehead. It flew at great speed, air parted as the projectile flied across. Powerful noise bashed across the head almost taking it down with it. Ciccero’s head swung wildly. The knife splittered and broken now lay resting next to Farleen’s left shoulder.
“Oi oi, I just sensed a itch here. Don’t tell me that’s all you got Claymore san.” He yawned again and chuckled while waiting for the angered man to lash out yet again. Beaumont jumped, instantly landing softly next to Farleen and retrieved his blades without a care in the world. He pluck them out from Farleen’s shoulders as if her existence no longer mattered or questionable if she had existed in the back of him mind at all now that this creature defiled his fun. The man named Ciccero didn’t seem to budge nor seemed to care that he just let Beaumont retrieve his weapons.
Beaumont felt disgusted looking at this thing standing before him, arrogantly withstanding all attacks and yet mocking him at the same time. Without realizing it, he was going mad. Farleen knew it from witnessing such a large increase in Beaumont’s stupid yoki. Was it already past 50% Farleen couldn’t tell but what was obvious here was that Beaumont no longer seemed to care about her and the new monster who claimed to be the target seemed to careless about fighting. It was playing around with Beaumont, ridiculing his prey right before consuming it. Time for escape???
She pondered at the question that Lindy had just asked. And weighing Lindy’s power against massive stone walls, unless she surpassed her limits it would probably best be avoided.
“No I don’t think that’s a rational option. But we must get out of here as soon as possible. There’s no way we can win against something like that.”
What was the organization trying to do she wondered. What turned out to be initially a normal awakened being hunt now seemed more and more like a pointless losses and massacre on their side. Why was the Organization sending everyone to their doom? What was the purpose of a mission with despicably low survival rate? The more she dwelled on the matter the less everything made sense.
OCC EDIT: Hi to krompt and joy =P

OCC: This is a more direct post that leads into a random event to speed up Arc's paces in his travels within this mission.
Arc continued walking a wander path as he marked his route he had taken. Arc follow up of the winding paths lead to heading into the general direction in which he sensed a battle. One of the yoki's involved seems to be increasing as the other yoki decreased. "What the heck is going on over there? The decreasing yoki seems to be one I am very famillar with. Who does that yoki belong too again?" Arc thought as he sense the fighting a little bit clearer as he got closer.
Suddenly Arc heard an unusal noise but, sensed no yoki nearby beside the fluctuating yoki that seem to lightly cover everything making it harder to make out details on yoki's of other beings. Arc wounder, "Am I closer to the fighting then I thought? Is it an enemy or something else? Well better carefully find out what it is. It just might be something that could shed some light on my many questions on this mission."
Arc began heading in the direction he heard the noise marking the path. This path also leads into the general direction of the fighting according to Arc's yoki sense though it felt still quite a ways away. As Arc walked into the direction of the noise he thought, as if to justify his actions as he position the meat cleaver into a more battle ready position, "Getting information on the situation are worth the risks."

Reason: Felt incomplete to me after reread
Ah and so it seems its not advisable for me to dash through the walls.Let's continue the walk then. Grrr....where's the exit...
The dungeons were indeed massive and though Lindy and Sisteena had been wandering around for ages, they still could not find an exit. Things appeared to be bleak until Lindy thought that she saw something at a distance. Lindy took the torch that was hanging on the wall and hurriedly ran towards the direction where she thought that she had seen something earlier.
As Sisteena had just slightly recovered her strength, she was a distance away from Lindy but not too far off when Lindy ran towards what she had spotted.
It seemed to Lindy that she was now in a werid chamber that was not seen by her before. Well...at least it's something new as compared to the same old walls that I have been seeing since just now. The ceilings were high, and the arhitecture of the door looked old and worn down. However, Lindy found it weird that the door was only big enough for 2 people to walk through.
Such a small door in this BIG dungeons? Erm...should I?
Not knowing what to do, Lindy turned and asked an approaching Sisteena for advice....
OOC: Miria, do we enter or do we not?

Cecily searched the blackened labyrinth in hopes of finding her way back to her comrade, but the further she got into the gloom the more she found herself lost. Her heartbeat sped up with every passing second, hysteria began to overtake her. She was in such confusion that her ability to read yoma energy was no longer efficient. Panic drank her calmness to the very last drop.
“W-where am I? I should’ve gotten back by now… Kaiserin… Farleen…” the silver-eyed witch grieved, torn by the two commitments she made. She looked around with a deranged look on her muck stained face. Her gaze wandered aimlessly as if she could see something despite the discernable darkness. “What’s happening?!” the braided one screamed to herself. She desperately covered her ears pretending to be deaf to ephemeral noises that dared to unhinge her sanity.
Slowly, unconsciously, Cecily’s yoki grew then suddenly spike. The sudden burst of energy managed to blast threw one of the walls which by chance was already broken. From the other side of the ruined impediment was a faint glimmer of light, that of a torch. Appeased by the glow, the blonde’s out of control yoki tamed itself as well as her emotions. As the dust settled, the braided blond approached the crack and from where she stood she could see an ancient doorway with two other Claymores before it. “Those two…” Cecily said to herself as she took a deep breath the advanced.
OOC: At Hyn-san, I see you!!! XD
Sitting next to the table, Jacob was peacuffuly chatting with some humans he met at inn They talked about the dangers of present world and countermeasurments which Humans should take to defend themselves.
All three humans were impressed with Jacobs wide knowledge about Yoma's and Claymore's - also they listened with awe all his stories about distant countries and regions.
Jacob took another sip from his mug
What a wonderful drink, what was it called again - Asked Jacob
They call it "coffe" - it's made from grinding seeds from plants which grows in this area - answered one of the humans
Splendid, wouldn't be a problem if I could take some of that seeds with me for my journey ?
No, of course not - feel free to take as much as you want
Jacob nodded politely and took another sip of that black drink from the mug.
Unaware of what was happening in neighbour castle, he took his sweet time to relax and rethink his path.
Lindy was too absorbed in her new discovery that she failed to notice another fellow warrior approaching. Knowing that Sisteena is still injured, Lindy decided not to push Sisteena to go any further.
Hence, Lindy continued walking around the big chamber in the hope of finding a way out of the castle. Not moving too far away from the Sisteena, she was loking around when she sensed some Yoki signals in the area.
Behind, it's coming from behind us. Oh no it's nearing Sisteena soon. Is it going to attack Sisteena?
With that, Lindy drew her sword, did a sprint and was about to strike but she held back her Claymore when she saw that it was only an injured Cecily.
"Sorry Cecily, are you ok?" Lindy noticed that Cecily was struggling and staggering too. Looking as injured as Sisteena.
OOC: At qbsenuef-san, sorry, I didn't respond to the post earlier. Let's go explore the castle together?
