.: Deimos :.
Sensing no movement from the lesser pack of distant yoma, Deimos forced all his concentration on the immediate trouble. The instant his teammate executed a feint aimed in the direction of those glowing eyes, he dove deeper into a cluster of trees he hoped would conceal him for the short, brief moment necessary to encircle the monster.
Yoki raged within him. The excitement of the hunt threatened to rob him of his senses. No. I've got to suppress it. Suppress it, and try to read the target's yoki as well. Damn--if only it weren't so hard!
Is this what my other male comrades feel? No wonder we awaken so quickly.
Deimos exchanged his claymore to his right and his torch to his left hand while on the move, body low and close to the ground. Streamers of smoke trailed in his wake from the flame, and the stink of burnt resin ironically cleansed his mind of dangerous thoughts. Surrounding flora and branches caught tendrils of fire in his passage. But it calmed him. Calmed him enough to regain control over his yoki.
Deimos emerged from the thick clump of trees directly behind the humanoid creature. He rushed in, momentum helped by the downward slope, claymore readied for a horizontal slash aimed at what he hoped was the being's neck, raised swordarm hiding the snarl breaking his normally composed features.
Malevolent thoughts lent him a death's head grin, silver eyes malicious.
Do it like how the jackass did to the miller's wife, unsuspecting and from behind--
Deimos struck, and trusted to luck his swing would land a clean hit.
OOC: Now to wait for the awakened being's turn.

As she prepared her attack, the Yoma she was about to assault turned to face her, she was attempting to get a critical hit on the Yoma, but it moved out of the way. Lindy's attack wasn't all unsuccessful though, as she had managed to chop the Yoma's hand clean off. The Yoma tripped over a large root that was unearthed, the other two Yoma in the south, surprised by the attack flinched a little bit but weren't in a good position to attack. To the North and West of the trainees, the Yoma, equally surprised by such an assault, also hesitated to attack.
After Jacob had finished explaining his plan, the other two Yoma looked at each other a little confused (but actually very confused). Jacob had left hardly any breaks in his speech, making it hard to take in all at once. But the prospect of easy food was all that concerned them. Without giving it too much thought and letting little hesitation show. They agreed to Jacob's plan.
"All right brother, we'll follow your lead, but if you screw with us - we'll feed you to those silver witches haahahaha!" while laughing, the other one butted in, nudging his laughing companion "Ok, let's do this then. I'm getting hungry." He said impatiently. The two Yoma were now listening to Jacob, expecting him to give them more orders. Their guards lowered and the tension faded.
[Arc and Deimos]
Arc's feint attack was ineffective in that it did not make the monster flinch nor triggered a counter attack, the monster stood still, focused entirely on the blade lodged in his arm. He stared menacingly at Arc breathing heavily, and in a single motion threw Arc backwards. Arc, determined managed to hold onto his sword while crashing to the floor rolling backwards, he regained some control and righted himself facing the monster.
It was much bigger than they both expected. It's head was tiny compared to it's body, but it's arms were as large as the tree trunks that surrounded it, it definitely had an impressive build. Enlarged bones slightly protruded from it's neck, nearly exposing themselves. It's body looked relatively normal though, it's legs sturdy and think, masked with plating that only went up to it's knees.
Deimos, not knowing the outcome of his comrades attempted feint, had just launched his attack, he glided towards the being with unforeseen grace, leaves stirring and blowing away every second of his assault, he leaped towards the monster and with all his force, swung at the beast. His sword scrapped and slid off the creatures back. It was thick, very thick. Sparks shot out in every direction and lit the area temporarily with a beautiful glow. The monster reactively turned around swinging it's massive arms in Deimos' direction, skillfully though, Deimos managed to parry the blow slightly, having lowered his sword to meet with the bottom of the creatures arm, and raising it at an angle before it made contact. It was executed greatly, but not perfectly and he still stumbled and had moved quite a bit from his original position. The monsters attention was now on Deimos. With what little mentality it had, it roared.
OCC : Jacob isn't aware that this yoki is coming from awakened being...yet - now he will be aware it's not a yoma or claymore
'Alright' - thought Jacob - 'They probably didn't listened to any word I just said, but since I sounded so smart, they believe me
Since we already working toghether, we might as well introduce ourselves, I am...
....shiver down the spine, what the hell is that !
That's certainly isn't an ordinary yoma
Ok, seriously - since when we can feel such stuff - It's really disturbing
Jacob concentrated his mind and made it one again, he can't have discussions with himself while being with someone - the heartbeat was of a very big creature. That's bad - those two guys are necessary if his plan is going to work.
A little change of plan, guys. I think they encountered something big there - Jacob turned to the 2 yoma's.
No point in lying, they will find out soon enough themselves..but still, that can be used in my advantage - Jacob thought and made an lustful (whatever that means) smile.
...which only works on our advantage - while they concentrated on that thing, we will cut their retreat path and surround them - you ! - Jacob pointed the Yoma who was first to believe him - Take the left side with your friend, they most likely run that way - I will take the right side, just in case - and well guys..Good luck - the last part wasn't necessary but he really didn't want them to die now, not when the situation got so grim.
Jacob took off - If they feel yoki from left side, they will turn right side - they won't go back since they might already noticed us back then, they would expect someone to be there - while I use my shadow works to conceal myself on the right...this sword must be MINE !
"This not good. This is definately a rumored awakened being. It appear that it has very thick armour that both mine and Deimon attack only did minor, if any damage what so ever. What to do next?" Arc wondered as he reassessed the situation and was startled by the roar. Arc then realized as he quickly regained his focus that this Awakened Trainee was focus totally on Deimon. "I have two choices, attack or run now which to choose? Wait a second I lost track of those Yomas chasing after us and I don't have time to refocus to find a safe route to escape. Oh, well at least attacking I will know the risks and long run wise if sucessful give the best chance of survial if this other guy survives. I guess it is time to test out that move I was working on, I just hope it works against its thick hide. Let hope it doesn't notice my use of yoki the surprise may make this attack cause devestating damage. But better also not forget the cost of using this technique too long or too much." Arc releases enought of his yoki to attemped his special skill rapid pulse strike at the oppenents back while it was destracted with Deimon. As Arc launches his attack targetting the area of his back close to it head where he recalled Deimon stiking earlier he silently contanplate, "I wish for my strike to hit and work. Even if it doesn't kill this being it will soften it armour enought for a weaker blow to be critical or cause just enought damage to both of Deimon and me to escape. I hate all or nothing gambles but, the alternative aren't that pleasent either. Thought it may have been smarter to run. Well too late now. Just focus on the attack."

.: Deimos :.
He skidded to a stop.
The feral grin on Deimos' face widened while his silver eyes narrowed. Not a trace of fear touched him, and the panic he'd felt in his early meeting with his fellow Claymore had long vanished. He thought nothing of the failure of their preemptive strike. As to the wellbeing of his comrade--
Deimos ignored him, now, fixated on his target.
As the years roll by, such things will happen. I won't be able to kill every cursed monster I come across in one blow. But perhaps, starting now, I ought to make it a policy.
Deimos set fire to everything within the reachable perimeter behind him. Gashes of flame burst to life wherever his firebrand touched. Trees, bushes, twisted undergrowth--all grew clouded with dark smoke.
The monster eyed him. Faced him. Good. He had all it's attention now.
Mark my place in this arena. Bring light to the shadows and know that nothing can attack me from the rear but the fire I began.
He crouched, the flat of his sword balanced on the armor of his shoulder, burning branch held out before him. He tightened his grip on his claymore's hilt, ready to swat aside any incoming blows, and waited. His perception of yoki weakened, but enough to possibly gauge where the beast would strike.
The monster roared.
Tension coiled in his legs and, with a sudden leap into the air, Deimos brought himself within inches of the creature's ugly face and attempted to thrust the firebrand down the monster's open maw.
He kept grinning, a picture of death's laughter at the fate of his kind.
"Monster--I name you fire-eater!"
OOC: Deimos isn't releasing much of his yoki yet apart from the typical moves of a Claymore i.e. very quick moves. EDIT: if the firebrand move succeeds, it isn't supposed to do much damage but distract. It'd still be painful, though.

OOC: Double posting, yes I know, but it has to be done.
Kaiserin opened her eyes slowly, and winced at the pain she thought she felt. "Am I dead?" she said softly, still in the process of getting up. She looked around, no clouds, no angels and no golden harps playing beautiful music. Instead, she saw a man looking at her, a male trainee. He looked concerned, sure, but I bet he was laughing at her. He nodded to her, yet she didn't feel consoled. Her embarrassment rose to her checks, colouring them red. Without too much effort, she curled up into a ball hoping he would go away. Looking up a little bit later, it would seem that he had disappeared. "Oh, good...I guess." She thought to herself while getting up. Her clothes were ragged and dirty, they smelled awful as well. She had mud in her hair as well as dust and whatever else felt like making it's home there. She wasn't too concerned about her appearance though, she was physically unharmed and doing well for having just fell nearly 40 feet out of a tree. She staggered away slowly for a while. "Oh!" She just remembered, and turned around to pick up her sword, with had fallen and landed with about 10 times more grace then she did. She clapped and praised the sword before picking it up, sighing dejectedly.
She paced herself pretty slowly. Any slower and she would've been going backwards, but in her mind, any progress was good progress. She heard the faint sound of running water, but before she could get excited about cleaning herself, she smelled blood. It was everywhere, there had been a battle near-by and who was victorious was unclear. She ran towards the stream hastily, jumping over whatever obstacles got in her way. Upon reaching the stream she looked around frantically, but saw no signs of life. She closed her eyes hoping she would pick up something, a flicker, no matter how small, of life. Dots flashed in her eyes. To her surprised, it seemed like she picked something up, quite a few signals flashed and wavered. It seemed that every direction had some activity. This would be her first real fight, "I...I'm not ready, this is crazy...I don't want to fight yet, I'm not ready...I-I can't die..." Her lips quivering. It had just hit her, this was real and at anytime, she could die. Now paranoid, the once comforting sounds of the forest made her jerk and jump, every little sound, the wind rustling the leaves, the birds chirping, the branches cracking under an animals foot -- everything had her on guard. She drew her sword in anticipation of what could come.
Black Shadows flashed in the corner of her eye, she turned around immediately and scanned the environment for enemies. She couldn't see anything though, but the noises of this infernal forest did not stop long enough to determine whether something was or was not there. Instead of taking any chances, she bolted in the direction she remembered there being no little lights in. Hoping to stay away from combat, at least for a while.
Kaiserin sprinted across the forest at break neck speeds, several times nearly tripping over, tears streamed down her face, the forest was getting thicker and darker. Before when you could see light above you, you had a sense that the forest wasn't that bad. But now, the leaves and branches canopied above her, blocking out direct light. No matter, she just had to keep on running. "This isn't like me...why am I so afraid..." she thought to herself, turning her head to see if anything was following her. "'m being overly paranoid...I have to be braver, otherwise...Brea--" her thoughts were cut off when she hit a hard object. It grunted. She fell flat on her ass, head facing towards to ground "When do trees grunt?" she questioned, wholeheartedly not wanting to know the answer. She looked up slowly, and saw...
The Yoma panicked, and looked at eachother for a little bit before looking at Jacob. He discussed his revised plan with them and took off. The Yoma faced eachother once more, they had indeed felt something abnormal further ahead. "W-welll... at least we'll get some food...right?!" The first Yoma said, the other stared blankly at him, not to sure about the strangers plan. "Let's just... follow him, if things get too dangerous we'll just run. You know how these types of Yoma can be..." They followed behind Jacob, according to his plan, but warily.
[Arc and Deimos]
As Arc gathered his Yoki, his eyes expectedly changed colour. His veins pulsed and blood rushed throughout his body, in any normal individual this kind of strain could easily result in a heart attack. Arc was focused, and determined to injure this monster, and rushed into ranged to execute his attack. The monster still focused on Deimos didn't care about Arc's attack, his arm thrusted forward with great force, nearly enough to dislocate his arm. Arc felt a rush of pain as he executed his technique, leaves and even grass were blown away in a circular radius around the attack, leaving nothing but mud in its wake.
The creatures skin was tough, Arc's sword clashed loudly with it, sending the sword flying in one direction and the monster staggering helplessly in the other.
Deimos, using the oppurtunity of Arc's attack (which he did not count on at all) that made the beast stagger forward, forced all his power into his legs launching him towards the monsters face, the monsters mouth gapped uncontrollably, leaving much space for Deimos to shove his firebrand down it's throat, he twisted his arm back and hurled it full force into the void while slashing it's face a bit with his sword.
Screams resonated throughout the area, the monster snarled and writhed in pain, flailing it's arms wildly around. Kicking up all sorts from the floor, the monster let out a cry of pain while shaking it's body uncontrollably.
*Clang* !? Jacob heard a sound of metal hitting the ground
YES !! YES !! YESSSSSS!!
His eyes burned with flame of greed, nothing mattered anymore - this was so EASY !!
Take the claymore's - one is doing some tricks, one is lying on ground - I'm taking the sword, making the job easier
The Claymore's sword which he lost while attacking the awakened being was in reach of his eyes - make haste, now it's the perfect opportunity to use his in-born ability to move fast....heh, he might not be strong, but speed was one thing he was confident. Hopefully, the Claymore who just attacked is still in state of confusion.
Whatever the other Yoma do isn't important anymore - they have a chance to get a free meal. Jacob rushed toward the sword.
Arc jump back grabbing his now numb sword arm wondering. "Was my attack ineffective?" As he reteated backwards to recover his sword Arc heard the beast wail in pain. It seem that Arc's attack had pushed the awakened trainee into Deimon attack. The attack was near fatal by the looks of the result of the attack, however it would probally take another blow by Arc's assessment to finish the opponent off. "Good Luck, Deimon! Your going to be on your own for a bit." He thought as he turned to look in direction he was moving towards. When Arc looked back towards his claymore. There he saw a blurry object heading towards his sword. "Was it one of the Yoma that was trailling after us? Damn this fight took too long!! We are going to get ambushed and we haven't even finished this fight yet. I guess it is a race to see who can get my blade first." Then Arc wondered "Why the hell was this Yoma after my claymore?"
Edit: OCC: If Jacob end up with claymore could you make it so Arc can use one from a fallen commrad and just conicedent sake make it from the one Arc found dead.

Reason: Just an after thought
.: Deimos :.
The monster's mouth gaped in a wail of pure, utter pain.
Quickly, while the beast's attention was focused on itself, Deimos sprinted around following the writhing being until he faced the creature's wounded face again. With the claymore now grasped in both of his hands, he aimed the blade for a thrust straight into the creature's mouth, this time to sever the throat and cut off the spinal cord where it bridged body and head.
Time to finish this thing--then perhaps deal with the other yoma.
I've warmed up enough. What will it take to get me tired?
His legs tensed again, and he leapt. The way the creature twisted and thrashed the ground, Deimos could only hope the blade would hit. Only then could he put forth all his weight into the metal length and lean sideways to apply the claymore properly. Much like a hot knife carving an apple.
I'll slash you a new mouth, though you won't be able to enjoy it.
He spare little attention for his comrade--or the strange blur hurtling towards his companion's weapon stuck upright in the earth.
OOC EDIT: Revised. I thought the awakened being was lying on the ground but there's no mention of it.
