Thread: what is Raki's purpose and capabilities?

hmmm... aside from being the reason for living of Clare, I think Raki has a deeper purpose in the series...

maybe he is the legendary knight or something wahahaha! or he may be a half-human, half-yoma already but he doesn't know it yet or manifest it or... he may be an existence that transcends that of humans, yomas, awakened beings and abyssal ones lol!

why? because he has a good smell (as ophelia and priscilla sensed).

i dont really understand you, but the manga lacks males so I'm glad raki exsists.

Raki is the hopeless romantic archtype, nothing more, nothing less.

And that is why I think he's a great character.

I hate to admit it, but I don't think he is. Not even slightly.

Raki is Dorothy... a vital character whose destination and presence will change a number of characters throughout the story, until finally he taps the heels of his shoes together and goes home.

His purpose was to ignite Clare's humanity which she was slowly losing bit by bit. He's like a spark that helped her become stronger

Will you make the most sense, however i want a deeper meaning Raki. I truly hope he becomes someone powerful and strong. I know that most of the strong characters are either yomas or claymores, i'm hoping he can be the first powerful human in the series. Just maybe he'll ignite some sort of super strength buried deep within himself

well, i just thought there is a deeper meaning to that smell and i was even to the point of thinking that he is the one that miata smelled in the town lol (if ever she goes wrong with guessing that it's a claymore). XD
