It looks to me like it could be either... there's nothing that makes it "one little girl" or "little girls" to me. But I'm not the most trustworthy of sources. =P

Let us now try to decode the difficult words that you all see in the above manga page. (Provided by reinard-fox) I have divided it into 7 parts. If you read part 4-7 without reading part 1-2, one will get the wrong idea and think that Riful is talking about “little girl” in general as the term “小さいな女の子” is the English equivalent of “little girl”.
However, if you zoom into Part 2, take a look at the 2 words that I have point to.
The word “一” (romanji:itsu) is the english equivalent of “one”. The word “だけ” is the English equivalent of “only”. From my understanding, the words in Part 2 will mean something like:
“There was only one little girl did not touch”
It is in past tense because of “かった” which is attached to words to make it past tense in Japanese. As Japanese are not very detailed in what they are saying (because we assume that you will know what we are saying), the use of “小さな女の子” in parts 4-7 would indirectly imply to that 1 little girl whom Priscilla did not kill.
I tried my best to explain :) Hopefully you all understand what I am trying to say. But again, Japanese are vague in what they are trying to say so ^____^
Hmm Ophelia survived somehow.. but thats not absolute evidence.
maybe some pro-translators from mangahelpers could help us here

my post my post. dont ignore my previous post.

Ophelia maybe is a special case. Priscilla might be too busy eating others and did not go after her. When an awakened being attacked, the whole town is sure to run. There will be some that managed to run off.
Well, in the anime, Priscilla spared the girl and went for the guy... does she count as the run-off or the spared?
Thanks for the translation, Hynavian. :)
Hmm. The 'little girls' thing could be a plot-hole on Ophelia's side of the story. In the manga she said the same thing as in the anime, and she survive to see her brother eaten by Priscilla. (volume 7, page 113) We get no other detail whether she was hiding under the bed then or ran out of town.
Methinks we don't really need to bug anyone in inane, 10sigh, or manga sketchbook over this stuff. But another voice would confirm things solid.
The only possibility I can think of in regards to how Opehila survived is either one of the following three.
1. The translation is correct and Priscilla from the goodness of her heart chose not to kill little girls but she couldn't give a rats ass about other people men, women, elderly, boys and babies she ate them all without moral or conscience but for some odd reason she left the little girls for who knows what goodness drove her.
2. Theres a very slim possibility out there that she was hiding and equally slimmer possibility of Isley appearing at the time to settle a score with Priscilla which diverted her full attention away from eating up Ophelia
3. Sheer luck she survived. or Priscilla was finally full and no more guts can possibly fit into her stomach (Which we have to question how big is her stomach exactly if she went on a rampage to annhilate a whole townful of guts).
I wonder, can yoma detect humans if they cannot see the human? I know they can sense yoma energy, but can they "smell" humans. If they can't detect humans, it is very likely that Ophelia just lucked off.
I found the translation about the "one girl" a little strange...I mean, how in the hell would the rumor get started? I hardly doubt that Priscilla started it...=X. And what significance would that make anyways? That's not really ground-breaking material. Also, with the way it was brought up in the conversation (Talking about Priscilla's terror-spree) it would be strange for her to randomly change the topic to one instance that happened some time before the incident.
I can only think of one of reason why Riful would started talking about this rumour, that can also explain the Ophelia so called plot hole. Riful figured out Clare was involved in the Pricillia incident due to fact she could hear Galatea and Clare talking about how Clare had once witnessed a power like Riful's. Base on this she guessed that she some how survived that murderous rampage of Pricilla and was on revenge path against her. Based on that Riful figured out that mentioning something along the lines of the rumour after discribing the Pricilla incident would anger Clare in attemped to make her awaken. This would also be the case if she made up hearing this rumour.
