Thread: Priscilla - Guilty or Innocent?

Yeah, translations are different. Mine is talking about all little girls in town she destroyed.

Riful looked pretty innocent too. But then she released her right arm....

5 bucks says, when she meets Clare, finally, she'll feel Teresa's youki and go crazy Awakened on everybody.

Wouldn't it make sense to say that "little girls" in general weren't harmed by Priscilla? Sparing one girl per rampage doesn't make much sense... unless you think that the "1 girl" is the Priscilla of each group.... (She survived, no one else did in her family, so 1 survivor per).

I hope that doesnt happen so soon. That would end the manga (and clares life). I'm not sure but even awakend Clare would have a hard time fighting her (even so she has teresas flesh what gives her incredible powers the more yoma energie she releases but in the end she is not teresa) and clare would not want to fully awaken.

I'm hoping for a story about raki killing priscilla (human form) after he finds out that clare wnats to kill her.


as for her guilt:

I think, there is still something human left in her (just a small piece) and maybe she remebered fighting side by side with Claymores. -> crying

maybe she's not guilty, her past made her loosing her mind what led to her awakening. She never intended to do something bad i guess. But the moment she lost controll she killed the unguardedly Teresa.

so everything that happend is just a series of coincedenses (the need of the organisation to send her to kill teresa even throgh she is young, loosing her mind cuz of her past and unexpierence, awakening the moment teresa was unguardedly)

so maybe she is not totally evil now, maybe the last little part of humanity she has regrets some things that happend.

If Priscilla did rampage but leave little girls alive, wouldn't those little girls end up as Claymores? So in the end, she's just generating Claymores. That pscyho claymore sent to kill that awakened being and Clare (whose name escapes, she was a single digit), said her brother was killed by the one-horned Priscilla when trying to defend her. Perhaps this was during her rampage?

Now if all this is true, then that implies that Priscilla may be executing some sort of plan...creating female claymores...but for what purpose? Does she intend to create an army out of them? Is that why Isley abandoned his own army of awakened beings?

But if that's the case--priscilla create claymores, awaken them and make army--it's too chancy since it's impossible to know whether after those claymore's eventual awakening they'll side with her. It's not like she's an uber-vampire that can control people after passing on her blood.

Then there's the grudge they'd have against her because she killed their families. I doubt anyone would happily side with the person who sliced up their brother.

Where did everyone get this part? Have I missed a whole chapter where she didn't kill little girls?

It's from what I think is a mistranslation. Reinard said he's got a different scanlation version from manga-sketchbook where somehow the singular 'little girl' became 'little girls'.

methinks that's an error on manga-sketchbook's part.

guilty. She chose to awaken and even if you argue she didn't, she didn't allow herself to be killed. When I read/saw it, it seemed like priscilla awakened on purpose in order to lower teresa's guard so that she could kill her.

She's fucking guilty. Just cause she cries occasionally and acts all innocent doesn't magically make her a victim. She was a victim BEFORE she went on a rampage and killed mass amounts of people.

Are you kidding me??? Clare is no match for Priscilla, even if Clare went all out and awakened to the point where she still had her consious she would still get ripped apart by Priscilla. I mean shes clearly much stronger than shes ever been, but Priscilla is on a different level, if they did end up meeting, Clare would be dead unless Raki interferes and somehow manages to get to Priscilla and clam her down (Somehow)

I'm pretty sure the anime will end with thier confrontation, however i'm hoping the manga goes past that and we get the other two dwellers of the deep
